It was an amazing visit, but the attractions should be better signposted.
Also there were many unauthorized vendors selling water and other unofficial merchandise inside the park; security should be stepped up in this regard.

Absolutely stunning building, very beautiful.
Well signed and interpreted for visitors, information in lots of languages and very good explanations about important areas within the Basilica.
The organist was playing whilst we visited which was really special. The information sheet on arrival was very thorough and tells you about the most important areas of the building in enough detail.
Booked direct through the Basilica website, be careful not to book through tour operators as it costs much more than booking direct.
Definitely recommend a visit, it felt calm even though there were lots of visitors. Worth the trip even if you're not religious, the building is just spectacular.

A scam seller, don't buy
Ticketgo or pisaticket.com is a scam seller for Piazza del Duomo including Pisa Tower. They charge you 54 Euro ( 2 persons) and you will receive tickets from the original seller (opera della primaziale pisana) with value 40 Euro, which is only for visiting Torre and Cathedral. In fact for the amount of 27 Euro (1 person) you can visit all the monuments in Piazza del Duomo. So, they are cheating us because they can. I will report this scam everywhere I can, including the main travel portals and maps providers. Obviously, I have the emails with the above mentioned values.

Don't trust this company
Don't trust this company. I booked tickets to a park in Barcelona and they never arrived. I have since been in contact with them but they are refusing to refund me and are blaming my email account for blocking them. This sounds like stock response so they can continue to insist on their T&Cs that states no refund. They know I am no longer there and able to use the tickets and surprise surprise they have managed to attach them to their reply, amazing! useless now aren't they!!
Has anyone had a similar experience and have some useful info that could assist me?

El parque es precioso
El parque es precioso, deberían dejar más carteles contando un poco más lo que trata cada espacio. Podría poner más baños, y una boletería físicas, y el sistema de entrega de entradas es muy lento, deberían agilizar más ese aspecto.

Had a great time climbing hills and walking around seeing Gaudi's art and design everywhere - beautiful and what an experience! Definitely will go back again :)

Beautiful Park!
We had a great time at the park! The views of Barcelona are spectacular and the architecture is unique. One caveat - would be difficult maneuver for someone with mobility issues. The park is hilly with many stairs.
