It was amazing
It was amazing. As an Italian, I’m really proud of the Uffizi Gallery. The indications are clear, and the spacing and arrangement of the artworks allow visitors to flow naturally from one room to the next. Services are good, maybe just a bit pricey (Bar services and Souvenir Store).

Don't use it! For park güell in Barcelona they charged 10€ more (28 instead of 18 of the official website) and also sold us tickets for a completely different time than we booked. We thankfully could still use them but had to replan our whole day.

SEM INGRESSO, MASCOM DEVOLUÇÃO DO DINHEIRO
Fiz a compra para ingressos do Palácio de Versalles para o dia 15/04/2026, às 13:30hs. Recebi e-mail às 17:43hs do mesmo dia da compra, com a confirmação de reserva, onde entendi estar tudo certo com minha compra. Às 17:51 recebo outro e-mail dizendo não ter mais disponibilidade de bilhetes para o horário agendado e dando opção de reagendar a visita. Só vi o segundo e-mail no dia da visita, já em Versalles. Respondi que não teria como reagendar, por já ter outras coisas agendadas para o mesmo dia. Solicitei o estorno do valor pago. Não fizeram o estorno e nem me deram resposta ao e-mail.
O detalhe que, quando pesquisei no google, fiz a pesquisa por "site oficial do Palácio de Versalles" e este foi o primeiro da lista.
Após minha avaliação neste site, a empresa fez o estorno total do valor que foi pago.
Desta forma, considero que seja um site confiável.

Great collection, but why is everything monetised?
The collection is wonderful,but the legends should carry more explanation. It would be helpful for visitors if there are details about everything that is represented in every display.
Everything does not have to be monetised. Why should only those visitors who pay extra for audio guides learn details? Since all visitors are paying to enter, the museum should ensure a learning experience for everyone.
The very purpose of museums is to help people appreciate art, history, and it's importance. If it is all hidden behind payment, the museum can grow rich but fails to serve its primary public purpose.

its a scam, tickets are real but overpriced, audioguide doesnt work.
its a scam, you think you are booking directly at the Uffizi galleries and paid for the audio guide, to only realise that it was an app to be dowloaded, not the one from the museum!!!
APP doesnt even work properly, cant control stop, pause or search for the audio you need.
I was afraid i was not going to be allowed in, but at least the tickets booking was real, but i ended overpaying 20 euros per person to this third party reseller, copycat, catfish wahtever u call it

Esta página de venta de tickets para el Park Guell aparece de las primeras en Google. Sus colores e interfaz se parecen mucho a una página oficial del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona o del propio parque. - PERO ES UNA ESTAFA!
Compré entradas para el 2 de mayo (nos íbamos de Barcelona el día 3). Durante TODO el proceso de compra en su web, me estaban confirmando disponibilidad para el día 2 de mayo para las 12:00 (que es la fecha que solicité). Y SOLO después de realizar el pago y enviarme las entradas, vi en las propias entradas que eran para el 9 de mayo. No aparecía en el cuerpo del email de confirmación, solo en las entradas. Además de que me habían cobrado 10€ más de lo que vale la entrada. Y REPITO que me encontré con esa sorpresa DESPUÉS DE REALIZAR EL PAGO. Ya que durante el proceso de reserva, yo solicité el 2 de mayo y me estaban confirmando disponibilidad para ese dia.
Solicité asistencia por el chat de la propia web, y negaron el suceso. Dijeron que la reserva se había hecho para el 9/05 y que no podían hacer nada. Intenté explicarle la situación (para que revisen si al menos hay un error en el proceso de su sistema de automatización de venta), pero nada. Le pedí un número de teléfono, un correo de contacto y la Hoja de quejas y reclamaciones (legalmente obligatorio en España cuando lo solicita el consumidor) y dejaron de contestar, negándose implícitamente a proporcionarme esa información.

The price for entrance (28 euro) is more expensive than usual entry price (18 euro). But when they have sent me the ticket, it was mentioned 18 euros.
