We purchased tickets for the Uffizi Gallery in Florence through Ticket GO, but when we arrived at the venue, staff informed us that the tickets we had been sold were actually free child tickets and were not valid for adult entry.
As a result, we were forced to purchase new tickets at the venue at double the cost. We provided Ticket GO with proof of the replacement tickets, which were for the same date and under the same names as the original booking, yet they still refused to issue a refund.
Very disappointing experience and extremely misleading service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and book directly through the official Uffizi website instead.

What a trap!
What a trap! They charge 12 euro for the Pantheon ticket whilst the real price is 5 euro, more than twice and they don’t offer you any additional services. What a fraud, it’s ridiculous! Gotta say they’ve done a good job on their website as it really looks like the official one. I asked for a refund and they just sent me a response from a robot. Really embarassing! I don’t recommend this company to anyone, it’s one the worst experiences I’ve ever had!

Guten Tag, ich habe Tickets für eine Besichtigung des Arc de Triomphe in Paris gekauft. Die Tickets waren für den 1.Mai allerdings ist das Monument an dem Tag überhaupt nicht geöffnet und trotzdem hat man mir die Tickets für diesen Tag verkauft. Ich habe um eine Rückerstattung gebeten da man nicht für etwas bezahlen kann was man nicht benutzen kann. Aber ich erhalte keine Rückmeldung und Antwort. Wirklich enttäuschend.

Would not bother with this ticket provider. Tickets are almost double the price of tickets on the door. They also do not guarantee entry I had to purchase more.

Tutto perfetto per la visita alla Torre di Pisa
Ottima esperienza nell'acquisto dei biglietti cumulativi per Piazza dei Miracoli, con la Torre di Pisa. Il sito è semplice da usare, prenotazione veloce ed ho ricevuto i biglietti per email pochi istanti dopo senza problemi. Poi visitare la Torre di Pisa è stata un'esperienza davvero bellissima, lascia senza parole. Salire in cima è stato emozionante, con una splendida vista sulla città.
Esperienza positiva dall'inizio alla fine, consiglio assolutamente!
