How I wish I did my customer reviews search online before placing an order to be delivered from the UK to me in the UAE.

It turns out there is a first time for everything. I got scammed by them. No order arrival, no cancellation, refuse the refund to my original mode of payment. Lies over lies of lies.

What they don't know is I am going after them with a very strong law case drafted based on all the reviews posted online.

Wait for me, you hit the wrong rock!

They won't deliver or refund money. Going on since 2 months. Wish I knew where to file a offical complaint

بعد ما دفعت و خلصت استوعبت انه الغرض وايد غالي بالنسبة للمواقع الثانية و كلمت خدمة الزفت انه بكنسل الطلب بعد ما وريتهم رقم الطلب صاروا يسكرون المحادثه بيني و بينهم و الرقم محد يرد عليه اشوه المبلغ مو جايد و ان شاءالله بتخذ الاجراء القانوني ضدهم

Made an order back in May , 2025 that was not delivered as promised. When followed, I was given another delivery date and still no delivery. I then had to request cancellation and a refund. Since then and despite tens of e mail follow ups no refund has been made. This company is scamming people and continues to do so without paying the consequences or at least stoped.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on 14 February and the company never bothered to inform me it was going to be more than 6 weeks delayed. I've followed up by email 3 times to ask the order status and only once got a response to say it would arrive on 8-12 April. At that time I requested a refund on the basis it was a huge delay and again I received no reply. We are now beyond the revised delivery timeframe with no sign of my order. I have asked again for a refund but I don't hold much hope as they just don't reply. This is the second time I've faced major problems ordering through this website and the item also never arrived so I blame myself for taking a chance again - the whole situation has been incredibly frustrating so I urge you not to waste your money.

I ordered months ago and never received my goods. After several emails, they confirmed a refund multiple times — it never arrived.
Don't risk your money here. I'm now pursuing a chargeback through my bank.

First time I've decided to buy on Thwifty was a few months ago. They gave me a delivery date. Delivery date came and went, no delivery. They kept pushing the date back further and further. Eventually I got hold of someone and I asked for a refund. They said the refund will take 10 - 15 days. 1 month later, still no refund. The excuse is, there servers are down. Don't ever buy from these thwifty uae. It's been nothing but hassels and I guess I'll never see my money again.

I ordered a shampoo and hair mask and never received, I keep sending emails for refund, at last Annie said we can't refund to the original payment but we can make a bank transfer and she asked for my IBAN and Bank Account and my mobile number. So meaning they want to make a fraud transactions.

It is a scam, no delivery, no return. Never again

Awful website I ordered around 10 days ago and still my order status is on processing nobody cares nobody answers the phone they're a big scammer in the market they take your money and they don't even answer your phone calls or send you the desired product of yours stay away from these scammers

This is the worst company I have ever encountered. They are highly unreliable and not recommended. I didn't receive ordered items, and there were no refunds

no customer care, they don't answer call ( i hade to call 20 times to reach someone to talk to), no confirmation e-mail and very late delivery ( i purchased on 18th Feb and i canceled my order on 24th March ),, eBay delivered other orders from us USA in less than 3 WEEKS

A fruad I hope someone can take this site down.

YOU NEVER RECIEVE YOUR ORDER OR YOUR MONEY BACK since Feb 4th I can NOT get either the item or my money back.
The fraudulent reply of the customer service "i will escalate your issue to the team" is nothing but a bunch of lies..... nobody calls back..... just ripping people of their hard earned money.
Dubai Chamber of Commerce should inspect this scam called thwifty.
