This would be fine if I hadn't looked at their website again and the product is still listed as in stock for purchase! Don't sell what you don't have!

Whizz is a marketplace that lists over one million products from third-party sellers worldwide. While we actively monitor listings and continuously remove products that do not meet UAE regulatory requirements, this process is ongoing and, given the scale of the platform, does take time.
The product currently visible on our website is not from the same seller as the one associated with your cancelled order. Different third-party sellers may list similar or identical items independently. Once an issue is identified with a specific seller’s listing, that specific listing is removed; however, another seller’s version of the same item may still appear until it is separately reviewed and actioned. Our team is actively working through such listings to remove restricted items wherever identified.
Regarding availability, our Terms & Conditions clearly explain that stock and product availability information is provided for reference only and may change rapidly. As stated here:

With respect to customs handling, while products may be listed as shipping to the UAE, final clearance is always subject to UAE customs and regulatory approval. Regarding the payment authorization, we would like to reiterate that no funds were captured by Whizz. The amount you observed was a temporary authorization placed by your bank, which was voided as soon as the order was cancelled. We understand that this can be inconvenient; however, the release timeframe is determined entirely by your bank and is outside of our control.
The order was cancelled promptly, no funds were taken, and all actions were taken correctly and in compliance with local regulations.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Should you require any further clarification, we remain at your disposal.

I ordered a USB key from Whizz Kuwait…
I ordered a USB key from Whizz Kuwait for 28.400 KWD. The prices are listed in KWD, which strongly suggests the company is based in Kuwait. However, my bank charged international transaction fees, making it clear this is not the case.
The order took almost a full month to arrive. When it finally did, it was shipped from the United States, and the invoice inside showed a value of $50 USD, less than half of what I paid.
This shows that:
The item was not in stock locally
Delivery time was unreasonably long
The product was sold at more than double its actual price
The company is not transparent about where it operates from
Ordering the same item myself from the US would have been faster and significantly cheaper.
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company due to its misleading practices and poor value. Stay away.

Stolen Images and Items
EDIT: I was contacted by Whizz and they removed the third-party listings of my items so I updated my rating.
My items are being listed on this site without my approval and for prices that are not accurate! The have stolen my images and my item descriptions! The site is "selling" lies and not actual real products!

The worst company man could ever encounter
The worst company a man could ever deal with.
I purchased from them 2 medical instrument to do an exam, the delivery was to be in 26th December and maximum 6th January, after more than a week the emailed me telling that the item is out of stock and I have to choose another, having no choice and pressured by time I chose another to be delivered at 8th January as they put in the receipt. 10th January nothing came I wrote I query just to receive a cold unprofessional response that the delivery would be 19th January, my exam is 14th January. Then I sent another query to cancel and refund. No doubt such a nonsense company refused to cancel. I had to purchase the instrument from another but respected and professional company which delivered only next day, so I purchased twice due to unprofessional and careless company
Another thing
When I'm finally to receive the package after 35 days of purchasing, I've to pay more tax of around 8.5 $ or else the package would be cancelled without refund. Other professional companies would add the tax to the original payment, but this company is a big joke..

Your cancellation request came after the order was already in transit to you. Cancellations and refunds can only be done if the order has not shipped as explained in the terms and conditions.
You were advised of the delay and the terms and conditions too.
In regards to the customs duty and tax, this was clearly mentioned prior when you placed the order that the receiver is the imported and that you are responsible for ant such charges if applicable at destination.
