Wish I can give 0 stars.
The UAE consumer right should act open it and close their licensing, office, and website. I complained to the authorities and reported them.
I ordered on Feb 27 to this day I am still asking for a refund. Its April 3rd by the way.

Awful. Think they might be scammers. Not delivered my goods. Not refunding me. And not picking up the phone. Reporting to Dubai police.

I've been waiting for my order since the 25th of December. Tracking got stuck at "Dispatch from supplier" for almost two months. Customer service is pathetic. I finally asked for a refund, let's see!!
Tomorrow I'm gonna visit there office to make sure, ill get the refund. Definitely stay away from this company.

Same as others. Ordered in October last year. No goods received, no refund received, no more replies to my emails. I have reported them to the Dubai Consumer Protection Department. I hope they will put an end to these scammers.

Do not use this company. The words, scam, fraud, comes to mind.

Ordered items in December still no delivery.

It is definitely a scam site same as other reviewers said this site lets you place the order and process the payment smoothly just like any real shopping sites then you get nothing no items and no refund.
The question now how can Dubai Authority block this site completely so that no more victims

I ordered a package that was supposed to arrive at the beginning of January. I contacted customer service multiple times to ask about the status of my order, but I never received any clear information. I was only told to “wait.”

They do not respond to emails, they do not answer phone calls, and the package has still not arrived.

Customer service is at an embarrassingly poor level. Be very careful with placing any orders in this form. I strongly do not recommend this company.

Ordered on January 5. As of today, the order is still processing/procuring with no clear update. Customer communication is slow and delivery timelines are not respected. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering unless delays improve. AVOID

خدمة العملاء ترد بردود عامة وغير واضحة، وكل مرة موعد مختلف بدون التزام حقيقي. الموعد النهائي الذي تم تأكيده انتهى

المشكلة ليست في التأخير فقط، بل في عدم الشفافية والتعامل غير المهني مع العميل بعد استلام المبلغ.

If only there was a Zero Stars option - the most blatant scam site in the UAE - 2 orders - zero product delivered - customer services say the same thing again and again - "its coming next week" - never arrives - please avoid this company at all costs

In October i ordered one live plants from India through this site.. order never arrived and after doing multiple followed up my refund also hasn’t come yet. When i check with their customer care center they keep giving me new date of refund. They even say we already proceed your payment but payment amount hasn’t been credited to my account. December is also about to end and it’s been 3 months I haven’t received my refund. I must say fraud company only knows how to make customer fool and steal the money.
Don’t trust them and don’t order anything from this site.

I ordered an ink cartridge through them in Sept with delivery 5 days later. When it did not arrive, they told me it would be delivered in Oct, then Nov. At this point I cancelled my order. Multiple emails sent to get a refund, but they never bother answering. Calling customer support and they never pick up. AVOID.
