If it's about the licence itself — the type of key you received, or an answer you were given before you bought that didn't match what actually arrived — tell me and you'll get a straight answer, not a sales one. If it's about something not arriving or not installing, that's fixable too.

Two days ago
Two days ago, I requested the software to continue using my computer. The bank statement shows you charged and received payment. I'm still waiting for the app to be completed. I'm hard of hearing . Send me the information to finish it or refund me immediately. That is why 1 star. Very disappointed.

I bought the Microsoft Office 2021 on…
I bought the Microsoft Office 2021 on July 3rd. It worked fine for about a month. On August 4th I sent a message to Software City stating it is not working and acting as if it’s frozen. They responded quickly with questions the next day. I sent the answers back that day. As of August 12th no response. I did send a follow up on August 11th. Now I’m stuck not being able to utilize any Office product.
Update: Software City has been doing all they can to make this right. They saw my frustration and besides trying to fix it processed a refund.

John, you're right to be frustrated, and the eight days of silence were our
fault, not yours. You answered my diagnostic questions the same hour I sent
them — your reply never reached our helpdesk, and the thread then closed
itself as inactive, as though you'd gone quiet. That's a gap on our side and
we're fixing it so it can't happen to anyone else.
I've refunded your order in full, and the licence stays yours.
On the problem itself: the Office running on your desktop turned out to be
the Microsoft 365 30-day trial that Windows leaves in place when the
activation step at the end of the install is skipped. It worked for a month,
then the trial expired and Office dropped into read-only mode — which blocks
typing in Word and Excel while Notepad carries on normally. Your key was
never the problem, and it's still unused.
I've emailed you a booking link so I can remove the trial, install the
version your licence belongs to and activate it — about fifteen minutes,
with me doing the work. I'll stay with it until Office is running properly.
