Ordered the Office 2024 download program for 4 users, permanent license.
Received license almost immediately and installation was without issue.
Would recommend them, and would do business again when appropriate!

I bought both MS Office 2024 and MS Project from their website. Ran into a compatibility problem. They got back to me fast and offer to help via remote control, sat with me through a 2-hour long session of diagnosis, installing and uninstalling to get them both to work. Products working well is one thing, the top-notch customer service is another, and they nail BOTH. I also would like to send my special thanks to the technician that sat with me through the session. What a friendly fella!

I purchased an office 2021 licence key from Licengo after much searching around the internet, you know what its like you go back and forth between sites hesitant to commit as you wonder if a particular site is genuine as the price is extremely good, well I purchased my key and it arrived almost instantly, I did have some issues in getting the software to register after installation, and contacting the support we were able to trace the issue and resolve the problem very quickly, I cannot thank Sam who I was dealing with enough for his time and patience resolving this, I am very happy with the software ,and the customer service and technical expertise should you require it is excellent, I can recommend purchasing your product keys from this genuine very helpful company.

I ordered Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus for online activation. The download was almost instant, and I started the install a few minutes later. Unfortunately, I kept having an issue with the install as I was unable to completely uninstall all traces of Office365 that came preinstalled on my computer. I contacted support and got an immediate fantastic response from Sam who got me up and running after a short session on AnyDesk. Very satisfied.

De activatie van Office 2021 werkt totaal niet. Bij diverse pogingen geen resultaat. Afhandeling van Licengo zeer teleurstellend.

I had a problem with loading the office 2024 key and with my permission they remotely entered my PC using AnyDesk and carried out the procedure for me - what a great team.

Downloaded Office 2024 without any problems but I could not find the icon to open it and proceed further. Sam was a great help and provided simple instructions - everything worked great. I realised later that full instructions were on line but I am not sufficiently computer literate to follow them through!

I ordered the one-time Microsoft Office 2019 apps and was struggling with the download. It was truly frustrating! Sam in Customer Care recognized a simple fix right away and sent instructions, also offering the opportunity to assist remotely. The fix worked perfectly. I'm pleased it all worked out in the end.
