I purchased my Microsoft product from this company in 2024. However, my computer had a problem and it has to be wiped out. Product is perfect and as described. I made a mistake with my order and bought the Windows version when I needed the Mac version. I emailed customer service and they responded in minutes on a Saturday and were able to get me the version I needed to help my daughter get her homework done. Excellent customer service from David at the License Tom Support Team!

I purchased Microsoft Office through License Tom and recently needed assistance after my older Office version stopped working following macOS updates. I purchased through Groupon and later experienced a problem with my Windows license when I reformatted my Laptop. I contacted License Tom for help and, honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Fortunately, their customer service was excellent. The problem was resolved fast. The process was hassle-free. Huge thanks to David for going above and beyond. I’ll absolutely be a returning customer!

Outstanding Customer and Technical Support
This company is awesome. I purchased MS Office 2024 Pro Plus and the process was smooth and quick. I needed some assistance with installation and their customer service and technical support, was immediate and outstanding. David understood my problem and provided a solution within minutes. Triple AAA+ rating, I will always use them first from now on.

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. I had issues getting my Product Key recognized. I sent an email and was given very specific instructions on how to install.
Then I did a clean sweep of my laptop and customer service offered more help to get a new key.
Will keep doing business with them.

My product key became invalid after a BIOS update. Contacted CS and they offered me a complimentary key!! Excellent vendor. Will do business again!!

10 months after my original purchase…
10 months after my original purchase through Groupon, I was having an issue with my Windows license and I reached out to them. I feared they weren’t legit but boy was I wrong! Their resolution was fast and easy, and I even got an upgrade at no extra charge! A huge call out to David for his help! Because of his help I’m definitely going to shop with Licence Tom in the future!
