The Software City Anmeldelser

Yes, The Software City resolved my problem with the activation of my Microsoft Office Home 2024 in under 5 mins. They did a great job!

I had problems installing Office and the support team took care of me finishing the install.

Overall great experience! Price for MSOffice Suite was lowest I found. Purchase was easy and secure. Product key was received quickly. Download and installation was a breeze. Thank you!!

Once I was able to get connected my technician James Pham did an awesome job setting everything up. I didn't understand if session code was part of how to connect to get the session started or which log in. I guess more simplified instructions for the process would help, but I applaud customer support. Remember if I was comfortable with technology, I wouldn't need to hire for installation.

Mr Pham was awesome, knowledgeable and prompt. Thank you all so much!

The process of installing Office 2019 was easy to follow because of the tutorial. TSC met my expectations and I would recommend Office software from them.

IT WAS SO QUICK AND i DID NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING.
IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE

I am challenged when it comes to setting up anything in a computer. (78 yrs old). I am so grateful for the patience and perseverance of the customer service!

James Pham installed my Visio license quickly and efficiently. We had scheduled a few installation appointments previously, but I had to reschedule each time. James was always very accommodating and flexible, and we finally managed to get it done. The installation itself was smooth, fast, and hassle-free. Thank you so much, James!

With so many scammers these days, it was lovely to receive my order by an honest and upfront company. Thank you.

James was very helpful and consistent. He was able to resolve whatever problem or glitch showed up during the procedure of setting up the Office application. Also, his email communications and follow-up was and is outstanding! Great job all the way around!

James is awesome, patient, kind, very, very knowledgeable of the MS Office 2024, full of good instructions, professional and good customer communication.
He is a gem!

I had previously given them a bad review, but they worked with me. Now I have everything installed with no complaints.

I recently purchased a new computer and wanted my own copy of Microsoft Office rather than going the subscription route. After uninstalling a couple of Microsoft Office files that were already on the computer, I began the download process. My Office key was ready within the hour, and I had no problems applying it the first time I opened Microsoft Word. Follow their excellent instructions, and the process should go well. I've been using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access for about a week and have not run into any issues, even when using files that were created in Office 2010. I didn't need to use their technical support, but there were several follow up emails from them asking if the install went OK.

Best price on the internet. Super easy to install with notifications if I needed any tech assistance.

Clear instructions, easy to complete, fast response when questions arise.

I was looking for a cheaper version of Microsoft Word and Excel. Software City had M/S Home and Student. Download was quick and easy with no problems. I highly recommend Software City for your software needs.

Love the price. It was an easy process. Support seems great. The most difficult part was login into Micro Soft to down load the software.

In having James Pham install my software was so easy. I just sat back and watched. The software itself was reasonable and the charge for installing wasn't too bad either. I have your software on another designated computer and have been loving it.
