I ordered a pair of Mizuno Neo rugby boots, which arrived swiftly. They were too big and needed to be exchanged, so I e-mailed Nat in Customer Services to arrange this. Nat was very helpful and I received the new boots within 24 hours of returning my original purchase. A great service, thank you.

Ordered 4 tops 4 days ago received an order confirmation email. I also paid the extra for 48 hour tracked delivery. Didn't realise they where on Christmas break so hopefully my order will arrive soon.

I recently bought a number of items and unfortunately had a sizing issue with a couple of them. Their customer service was excellent, super helpful, timely and supportive. Despite the frustration of inconsistent sizing, Natalie from customer services, was a pleasure to deal with and helped resolve the challenges with good communication and in a timely manner.
I would happily use them again.

Unfortunately,I had an issue with an item recently purchased, not The Rugby Shop's at all. However, due to the outstanding customer service received this issue was resolved no problem at all! Received prompt, courteous responses and my issue was resolved without hesitation and very quickly. I would definitely purchase again and definitely recommend The Rugby Shop to anyone.
