The Rugby Shop Anmeldelser

Very quick delivery, quick response with emails too and great customer service (for a return). Keep up the good work!

I appreciated being able to email customer service and receive a prompt reply on my enquiry. Goods I ordered arrived on time and sizes were exactly as stated.

Absolutely wonderful customer service from Natalie! Super clear and timely communication and service. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service—avoid
I ordered two items but only received one. I have tried contacting via phone, email, and WhatsApp to get this resolved, but I have received absolutely no response across any channel. Very disappointed with the complete lack of communication.

Excellent prices & fast delivery, would definitely recommend.

Super experience with the Rugby Shop. Their price was £30 cheaper than the nearest competitor. Delivery was quick (and free) and products were just as described. I'd ordered two sizes and the return process was seamless. Posted items on Friday and money is back in my account today (Monday). Highly recommend.

I found the shipping cost for overseas, Spain, quite decent and decided to proceed with the purchase. Never was informed that when I collected the product in Spain, I would have to pay an amount, nearly double, that the original shipping cost. I should have been informed of that.

Always on point with delivery, with returns too and exchanges can not fault them. Always in touch to let me know where we are in the process which is great. Cant genuinely fault them . Thank you Dan x

Excellent service

Good quality products
Shipped quickly

Natalie from customer service was very helpful with the order and return! Although the product didn’t suit this time I’d have no hesitation in using this company again!

Great competitive price, easy to order and quick delivery.

I highly recommend The Rugby Shop, I had a great experience from start to finish.
The website had a great selection and a prompt delivery service.
Their customer service was amazing- especially Nat, who was a pleasure to deal with. I had to arrange an exchange and Nat sorted it in no time, so seamlessly without any hassle. Thank you!!
I will definitely be purchasing from their website again and I highly, highly recommend them.

Quick dispatch good quality

Shirt as described, great price and speedy delivery. Thanks

Order came very quickly, and when I needed to return it because it was the wrong size for me, I got a quick response from their team and they were very catering and forgiving when it took me a while to send back due to me being away. Couldn’t recommend them enough due to their customer service

Paid extra for next day delivery which took two days to arrive. Requested a refund on the extra postage but was politely refused the extra. I appreciate they fullfilled their part of the order and the issue was Royal Mail but surely the customer has rights and the Seller could have claimed the refund from Royal Mail. To flat refuse is terrible customer service. For the sake of a few pounds I will never order again and would not recommend. 3 stars as the item was as described but poor effort on the sellers part

Really happy with my purchase and the overall shopping experience. Will definitely buy from the Rugby Shop again.

The Rugby Shop is on the level of Pro direct or even better for a rugby player !
