the rugby shop have been brilliant. i ordered some mizuno moreilla neo 4 rugby boots and they unfortunately ripped at the side after 9 months. after this i contacted the business and they were able to swiftly reply and sort me out a replacement pair in no time. i am now waiting on my new boots which will come with next day delivery thanks to the rugby shop. customer service is 10/10 and they have been very caring, highly recommended!!!

It took 20 days for them to dispatch a single rugby ball, and it was only sent after I followed up multiple times. Despite this, no apology or explanation was provided!

I bought 3 shirts from the rugby shop and contacted them by chat now options as needed some advice around the sizing. Responded quickly and was very happy to help and answered all my questions.

Posting use Royal Mail was confusing this due to no updates on royal website it gives you two when collected and when out for delivery. Mine were collected on a Friday out for delivery Tuesday, delivered on aWednesday.

Placed order April 30. Received confirmation. No tracking number sent. 4 weeks have passed without order. Have sent company 5 emails, left messages on their live chat and have never received a response.
