I would like my money back my couch is stained by urine from my dog which is the reason I bought it and it wasn't a lot of urine but it went right through onto my couch I've already complained and I'm just waiting for my money back and nobody is Responding to me

My little Schnauzer loves it! Even when I move it around the house, she follows it and sleeps on it wherever it is set up. The calming blanket is wonderful! Great product, service and the delivery was on time.

A good product but pretty pricey. I wish it had a bit more grip on the bottom so it stuck to the couch, or a way to tuck one edge between couch cushions. My dog likes it, but it is not a magic anti-anxiety solution.

So far the couch protector is amazing my dog loves it! I have not washed it yet so I can not comment on that aspect.

Eppie loves her new blanket. Takes all her naps on the Dogslanding blanket..it’s very soft and great at protecting my sofa!

You didn't have the item in stock and now it's sitting at the airport in China. I don't even want it anymore.

I bought three beds for my grand dogs. Two of them love their beds, the third uses it off and on, but my grandson takes naps on it! I recently bought one for my own dog and my cats have taken it over!! It is a good product and customer service is very responsive and helpful!

After a missing shipment, they resent my order and I received very quickly. My dog loves his new bed on the couch and I love it because there's no more dog hair on my couch. They even followed up and let me know when my order was going to arrive.

Fabulous product, bought 2 of my fur babies and they love them, also bought a blanket for the older dog and she snuggles into this every night. Great Value for money. Would definitely recommend not only these amazing beds but also the company as well.

Just received calming dog bed. I was so looking forward to it, but this is an awful product. It has no structure whatsover, the rolled sides don't stand up, and the sizing is completely off. I followed recommendations, but this thing is enormous, I could fit several dogs in there. (I bought jumbo, as suggested, but since the edges don't stand up, the dog bed is not 99cm, it is over 110 cm--like a big ugly rug. And then I find out that I can't return it (unless damaged)!! I guess I now know why, because the only reason people keep the bed is because they aren't able to return it. What a ripoff!

I live in one of the areas of the US where the post office address and physical addresses are different. My order was shipped to the physical address and ended up undeliverable. Dogslanding was great about reshipping it so I hadn't paid for nothing.

I use my purchase on top of a K-9 Ballistic bed to make it a bit softer/comforting. Since adding it, my dog it using that bed at least 50% more. It has been washed once and held up great.

I’m amending my review. My package unfortunately was delayed and I was very upset about it but after my review, customer service responded and offered me a % off for the frustration. The response was polite and courteous and I was offered the opportunity to return the product which has since arrived. Quite honestly, it is very nice and my chihuahua loves it. And that’s all that matters. :)
