This is the 5th blanket I've purchased for my 4 dogs. They like to lounge on one where ever it is placed. Each dog has their own favorite. I decided I needed another one if one is in the wash, that way no one is left without a blanket. My dogs love these blankets! I love these blankets! They are well made, soft, and come out of the wash like new. The company gets your order to you in a very reasonable time. So glad I found this company!

This is a great company! I ordered a couch cover and later I realized I had a coupon. The company honored that.
When I received the cover, it wasn't the material I thought it was. The company returned my purchase price without any questions.

This is the second dog bed I have purchased from dogs landing.. I was exceedingly pleased with the first bed and my dog loves it as well. I wanted to purchase another one for another room and I did so but was unpleasantly surprised to find that the bolster pillow was significantly less supportive than the one that I had in the first bed. I took a picture of both bolsters and sent an email to the company with the pictures and was informed that they had recently purchased the company and were grateful to know that the product that they were receiving was not as good in quality as the first bed I bought. I put the inferior bolster in the old bed and the better bolster in the new bed. Whether or not the company has corrected the issue with the manufacturer I do not know . I haven’t purchased another bed since but what I can say is my dog loves both her beds!.

Dogs, landing products are above and beyond anything else out there. My pups love them. Return was simple and handled very quickly, and I greatly appreciate that.

Love this bed but the cover was very tight and difficult to put on. I think because it was so tight, it caused it to rip. The beds I bought a couple years ago were better quality

The dog bed is very comfy for my dog. I never received the initial purchase, looked all over the town, post office etc. Never found it. However, I had good communication with you and eventually was sent a new bed and was safely delivered. Thank you

The product itself is fine, the customer service is not good and I would not reorder. They made it so difficult to exchange a product and it took over 2 months and over 5 emails to actually get the product. Not worth the aggravation.

Immediately after placing my order, I saw that I can make a color change and I did so. Still I received the wrong color. Even when I got the notification that the order was being processed, I asked for a color change.

Very disappointed!!!

Below is my grievance. Even though it took a few months to rectify my situation, DogsLanding did send me the correct size for free. I am now a satisfied customer. I do wish it hadn't taken so long.

"Not satisfied. Wrong size was sent. I sent a picture and description that said Large would fit a Golden Retriever, German Shepherd... all huge dogs. Mine is a miniature 30lb. Pomeranian/husky mix that couldn't fit in it. Kept being told it was the right size. Been emailing to someone named Karen. Asked to be in touch with her Supervisor and was never allowed to do so."

FAN-tastic product. Great quality. It came neatly packed with instructions on setting it up perfectly. I’m positive Duke would love cuddling up to it once the days get cooler. Thanks Dogslanding the second time round!! 👍

The price I paid was more than the items were listed for just a few hours after I placed my order. When I finally got someone to respond to my email questioning why the price difference and asking for a partial refund, I was told that I had a bundle pricing. In my experience, normally a 'bundle' saves you money, not cost more than the individual items priced separately. I'll think twice before I recommend to anyone,

While my dog loves the blankets I order from your company, the last order I placed was accidentally scheduled to be shipped to an old mailing address. I realized this immediately upon placing the order and contacted your customer service to try to get the mailing address changed. They took days to get back to me and by that time the item had shipped. They offered no support or even an apology, just suggested that perhaps the item would be forwarded to my new mailing address. Found your customer service to be very slow and not very helpful.

Never received my order due to an address issue but customer service took 3 days to respond! Then wanted an additional $31.50 to reship.

Packaging to quality product. Our dogs love the calming, soft cuddly blanket and car protector.
