Seems to be very poor customer service after purchase.
I am not satisfied with the quality or colour of the product I received and so far am having difficulty with a return.

I purchased the anxiety bed for our couch and also the matching blanket. Both our dogs really enjoy the bedding. I have washed the bed and blanket and both have held-up really nicely

Very good experience.
Service, quality of product and my dog loves her beds and blanket!

The only problem I had was that my order was split into to separate parcels and I wasn't notified so I was unsure wha happened when I only received 1 item not the 2 I had ordered.

My Dogs Love their beds though

Our pitbull loves to sleep on this comfortable furniture protector.

Great quality product and great delivery. Easy to track parcel and see when it will arrive. Even in New Zealand! My Golden Retriever loves it and she settles straight away in the car. Very happy

My dog absolutely loves her bed. It’s snuggly, easy to wash and is stylish enough to fit in with our decor

My dog ripped this bed during its first use. I have a large breed and before he gets comfortable he paws at his bedding to make it feel just right. During that getting comfy the dog ripped the bedding from the seams. I was surprised at how easily it came apart especially after reading so many positive reviews. This was a dog Christmas gift that didn’t get used for many months later because we were waiting to really use up and toss out the existing blanket. Waiting resulted in the guarantee being beyond the 30 day time period so it was irrelevant that it was destroyed on the first use. The customer service would not provide any relief because it was beyond the warranty. If you have a dog that is at all physical with this item I do not recommend it. This is for dogs that aren’t going to do anything but sleep on it.

I was disappointed in the quality of the fabric and there being no padding, even light padding in the bottom. The fabric was cheesy and thin. Definitely not worth the money.
I will not recommend this to anyone else.

Most importantly, my dog loves it. Secondly, I love it because it keeps the lounge clean and the wife doesn't freak out when my doggo sits next to me. it's a win win really. Awesome product. thankyou.

I ordered the calming furniture protector. Was not sure how my very skittish dog would react to the slight noise the lining makes or if it would not slide off leather furniture. Neither is a concern. She loves it and honestly looks so relaxed.

Love the product! Delivery was an issue but it’s not on them.

The comfort bed was immediately commandeered by our 12yr-old dog. Sadly our young 12 month old puppy discovered the zip which she demolished but bed still usable and very much used.

We've had the memory foam calming sofa over a year now and our dog absolutely loves it. It has kept its form and is easy to wash. I can't wait to see the new product they've created in May for the car.

A terrible mix up did not get reimbursed. Then after getting 7 dog beds, only wanting one my dog will not get on it.

I ordered dog's landing items for myself and for a friend. Was very happy with the speed with which the items arrived. My friend was leaving and I was nervous that the items would not arrive on time. No need to fret, all the items arrived in record time.
the items are lovely. The couch blanket stays on the couch as they said it would. Very soft and fluffy, as advertised.

My dogs love it!! It’s fun to watch to see which dog gets to it first.

Wasn’t real happy with your return policy! I wasn’t happy with the product and your answer to the problem was not what I wanted!
