I had trouble recent order but once it arrived my dog fell in love with it!

I already wrote a month ago. Use better material work on putting together better, for a hundred bucks cant say I was impressed. Too much of a bother to send it back. We’re using it. Just not what I expected. Sorry, but thanks for asking. Have a nice Holiday!

We got a bed and a blanket. They Matt down and seam to hold orders.

Nice feel to it. Dog loves it. About to wash it and see how that goes.

I have ordered a dog bed from this brand before, so recently, I ordered two more beds. It was impossible to put the stuffing into the two new beds I ordered, so I emailed customer service twice about this problem. I never got a response, and there was no option to return the beds. I will never order from this company again. What's the use if you can't even put the product together? It's so frustrating.

It has been over a month and I still do not have order!!

The dog bed is very comfy. Little disappointed on the size.

Its been over a month since I placed & paid for, my order. I have yet to receive it & all emails to customer service have not resolved & in fact, barely acknowledged my emails. After 2 weeks, finally replied asking for my order #.

I’ve purchased several items from this company, now I doubt I’ll ever purchase from u again. I’d like an immedIate resolution.

I just recently adopted my parents dog after they passed away, he was scared and confused. I purchased your couch cover for him and he absolutely loves it. He is calm and happy when he is lounging on it. Thank you for his little piece of heaven.

Cannot purchase just the bolster for the bed.

They are fluffy and look great and my dogs love them and they keep the hair to a minimum on my sofa

Dog bed arrived timely and my dog loves it!

Only one anchor to hold in place which doesn’t work. Constantly have to put back in place after the dogs lay in it. The stuffed border doesn’t maintain its shape.

I ordered 2. I put one on the couch ( my pups love it) and one on my bed both for a bed and to cover my quilt. My 2 dogs like to sleep on it and prop their head up on the bolster. I have already washed it and it was the easiest dog bed I have had to take out and put back in the bolster.

Before purchasing this product, be sure to look at their return policy! Their advertisement is very misleading!! They advertise "99 Day Trial" offer, but if you decide that you do not want this product, it will cost you $90 to return it.

Item is not worth $100. Can get better quality elsewhere. Also takes long time to get your order and when you ask about it, they tell you it is on back order. The return guarantee is a joke. You cannot return the product from where it comes from, you have to return it to Italy, with you paying for the return. Don't waste your money.

My dogs love this soft comfy bed and I like it even better because I don't have mix match blankets on my sofa.

Placed an order mid-May received 1 of 2 items. Informed them of mistake and they said they were correcting and sent an incorrect item, made them aware immediately, asking for the item I ordered and paid for and on June 27th they stated they were sending me the item & will send tracking when it ships. It's July 9th, still do not have the item, do not have tracking they promised they would send once item shipped and I've emailed few times since and still have not heard from them. It's sad as I do not like to give mediocre reviews as I too am a customer service member of a small family business and mistakes do happen but this is way too long to not receive correct item but worse, to not get a response to my last few emails other than requesting a review of the couch protector which I do really like
