I ordered a pair of blackout curtains for a bedroom. I contacted Paul from The Curtain Store at Home before ordering as I had a few questions about the ordering process. He responded quickly and explained everything very well. The curtains arrived within their timeframe window and they are lovely! Very high quality and measure the exact specifications. I'd definitely recommend. The price point was what attracted me to the company, and I had reservations that the quality would be impaired, but it definitely wasn't. I'd very happily order from them again.

Found this company online and decided to order as reviews were good and the material I wanted for my curtains was an excellent price. The order arrived within the timeframe stated on the website and although the box was damaged on arrival & duly noted by delivery driver the curtains were well protected by the care taken when packing. I was very impressed with the curtains, attention to detail very good and curtains just right and perfect to the size requested. Curtains are now hung and just what I wanted. I highly recommend this company & will in the future be back for more purchases

Really pleased with our experience, ordered an old design duvet cover from ted baker that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was slightly worried that the website wasn't legit however the item was shipped promptly and is the exact item I expected in perfect condition. Really happy with how quick the product came, I would definitely use this company again!

Finished curtains were absolutely beautiful. I did think though that after paying £800 for curtains there should not have been further charges to come and hang them. I paid less than this for an interior designer to recommend, make and hang the curtains.

Good speed of service from the company - knocked one star of as they used Parcelforce for delivery when they were on strike which delayed delivery significantly - should have used alternate carriers

I ordered 5 samples, but only received 4 as the 5th was unavailable.
As the samples are for curtains they are rather too small to get an accurate idea of the fabric.
They took a week to arrive - though the delay was probably due to the Post Office strike.
The samples weren't labelled in any way so I had to go back onto the website to identify them.

I bought 2 chairs covered in material by Emma Shipley. Ordering was straightforward. Because I was purchasing online I did call the store to speak to the person in charge of online sales with a couple of questions. Everybody was very polite, friendly and professional. Delivered was efficient. There was a fault with one of the chairs, however, after sending photos by email, it was decided very swiftly that another chair would be delivered and the other one taken away, which is going to happen on a set date in December.
