crooks, Ordered a blind and paid for measuring and fitting, we were promised a 2-4 weeks delivery and installation. When contacting them they said that they were busy and could not even give a date to measure. Asked for cancelation and refund, then they sent someone to measure. The fitted came to fit and he said that the wrong measurements were taken, apologized and said he will return with the correct one as the person who measured was not his job and didn't know how to measure.
Nothing heard and despite calls and emails, no one came back or even made any contact.
beware of this company, the are crooks, and respond to nothing

Order was fulfilled quickly for all the items, delivery was with a courier again very good and the fabric was to a high standard at a affordable price.

Sample received quickly , beautiful quality .Ordered the fabric arrived quickly and extremely well packaged , on a roll . very efficient service

I ordered internationally. The fabric selection was amazing. Communications were prompt. The fabric arrived as arranged in excellent condition. I am very happy with the fabrics I chose. They are of high quality. I recommend The Curtain Factory Outlet to all international buyers looking to expand their drapery fabric selection.

The people on the phone are very helpful but the website/ordering process is misleading. I tried to order a pair of curtains - put in all the details into the system and then all that happened is that I got sent a roll of material and now have to find someone to make them into curtains! I called to discuss it and was told someone would call me back and they never did.

What turned out to be an order mistake was dealt with most sympathetically.
A first class customer service was applied and I thank the team most gratefully.

First time using them. Took a few days for sample to arrive however when I ordered the fabric it arrived in a couple of days. All very efficient and the fabric is very good value for the quality. I would used them again

Fantastic service, I was called within minutes of placing my order, to discuss a couple of options. Then the order was dispatched the same day.
I had only ordered interlining, which was exactly as described on the website.
