Paul was very helpful when I called to ask for details about products on the website. The package arrived very quickly.

The company were great with good communication. Only reason its not a 5 is because the hems of the curtains are wonky but knownthis is not a fault of the supplier

I felt that I had paid way to much postage for a small package to come to Northern Ireland. It was delivered by Parcel Force I was charged £15 when actual cost is £8.95 apart from that pleased with purchase

We bought a pair of ready made curtains from the Blaydon store and had excellent service and advice from Jackie and Shiela in helping us plan and prepare for made to measure curtains for our bay windows - we’ve now booked in for bespoke measurements which is free once we complete our curtain purchase. Would thoroughly recommend

Small parcel containing 5 cushion covers delivered by parcel force to Northern Ireland charged £15 actual cost of package this size is £8.95 feel like I was massively overcharged on postage . Apart from that really happy with purchase

I only ordered it to ireland it was shipped within couple hours and i got it 2 days later in ireland.very quick,sufficient shipping and delivery.website very easy to use.id highly reccommend this business and will defo use it again.

I recently saw some curtains and bedspread on their website, however , I really like to actually see things before I buy them. So I called the store and spoke to Paul, to ask if this was something I could see in their showroom. Unfortunately, it was only through the supplier, but Paul assured me if I didnt like them for whatever reason, I could refund either in store or online.

I spoke to Paul several times as initially the items were out of stock , I found him to be really helpful and approachable.

Considering the items were coming direct from the supplier I was expecting a longer delivery time, but in real time it took around 5 days and I had my items.

Fantastic customer service and would definitely use this company again and I am very happy with my purchase. Colour true to the image on the website

I would love to have given 5 stars, the only thing that would have made this perfect would be to send tracking detaills once it was dispatched. I had no idea when this would arrive and luckily I was in when the very large box was delivered by the Royal Mail.

Purchased a large picture. The sale representative was extremely helpfully explaining that I'd not be able to fit it into my car.
At first I dismissed his advice as I have a very large car, he then offered to measure my car to save me the embarrassment of failure.
The picture is now being delivered by the curtain store.

Visited the store for the first time today. Was given really helpful assistance in choosing fabrics by Loretta. Was able to arrange to take away samples for a refundable deposit. This proved invaluable in making the final choice. Will be making an order after the weekend.
