I recieved my order on Weds 18th this month, filled in a ticket on their online site to organise a return. They do not accept a return unless you contact them first. filled in another ticket on Thurs. No response. phoned on Fri, was told someone would call me, they didn't, phoned on Sat, online orders / returns closed at weekend. Was told I'd get a call today.... still waiting.

Curtains received the next day and are lovely. But having had a problem with one of the curtains- Paul from The Curtains Store has responded quickly to resolve the issue…….I cant fault the service I have had. Would recommend this Company.

Beautiful well made luxury curtains . Really quick delivery very happy.

Item was fine but the link for tracking the parcel didn't work and had to email customer services. They apologised for the delay saying the item was out of stock and did I want it still. The item arrived in the post that day.

Curtain fabric was an excellent price and really lovely quality. Delivery was very quick.

Well made Roman blind arrived within deadline, perfectly sized as measured and well packaged. Were also priced competitively for same fabric seen at twice the price elsewhere.

Samples requested and not received for 13 days

The delivery of the samples took a long time to deliver and by the time they arrived the sale had ended so I could not afford the fabric I liked.

Great Service but I was not aware that I would have to pay Duty on my Order to Ireland, but great to get the fabric at a good price.

Curtains and cushions are okay, was disappointed to note a lower price tag on cushions than I paid.Took a picture of invoice, sent it to company, with no response.Wasn't a lot of price difference, it's the principle.

I ordered my two sets of curtains on line and the whole transaction was excellent. When my order arrived I was really pleased with the high quality of the workmanship. The curtains are now hanging and look beautiful. I also ordered matching cushions which, again, are of a very good quality.

Went into store not having a clue what I was doing but the staff were very helpful and clearly explained what measurements I needed to take before ordering my curtains. My curtains are beautiful and I don't think I could've got a better price online anywhere

My wife asked me to pick up some curtain blackout material as it was on sale @ £4/meter. The ladies in the store denied it was on sale and wanted to charge me full price, even trying to argue that it's cheaper online when the website CLEARLY states all over the front page that the sale prices are 'In-store and online'

After a few minutes of their lame arguments, I walked away, and at that point, they started shouting after me 'we were going to give you the discount', which they clearly were not up to that point

No thanks, I would rather pay more elsewhere than give my business to them after such treatment

We took advantage of the 75% off fabric, and thermal lining, and the linen is beautiful. Many thanks, would certainly recommend and use again.

Purchased made to order curtains that have now arrived and are just beautiful. Needed help navigating the website but that help was happily provided. Would highly recommend.
