So pleased with my custom made curtains. Staff were so friendly and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. Measured and fitted to perfection. Highly recommended!

If I could rate any lower I absolutely would!
Ordered a bedding set for my son on 10thOctober 2023. Paid £6.99 for the delivery. Item was in stock when I ordered.
I contacted again later in November as it still hadn’t been dispatched & they told me this item was out of stock & they would be dispatching said item on the Friday so I will receive it the following week.
Nothing arrived. I contacted them every week now to check for updates & they have ignored my emails everytime.
Avoid at every single opportunity!
I have cancelled my order now & we be clawing that money back from my bank!
Useless company!

Ordered curtains although I did have to…
Ordered curtains although I did have to prompt the company for delivery.
When they arrived, one was faulty. I was sent a returns label, after prompting again.
I returned the curtains free of charge and a refund was made very soon after.

Horrific customer service
Ordered an item on the 24th Nov. Still no despatch note a week later despite paying £6.99 for postage (bedsheets). Contacted the company via their 'get in touch' button on the website and received absolutely no reply. Messaged them via Facebook and received a 'we will look into it' message but then since then have been completely ignored. I believe that they sold me an item which they didn't even have in stock and instead of telling me that have just completely ignored me whilst keeping my money. I had to cancel the order and am now waiting for my refund which hopefully won't take as long as a reply from the company does.

Very pleased with the service I received.
I was able to confirm availability over the phone. Once the order was placed I had immediate confirmation, followed by an email to say the curtains had been dispatched. The arrived the following day at. Goid quality and excellent service.

Wrong fabric 😬
Prompt delivery - unfortunately it was the wrong colourway. Am still waiting to receive returns label and correct fabric.

Delighted with my new curtains. Lovely material, well made and the blackout lining is of excellent quality. Paul was very helpful. So pleased to have found this company. I will be placing another order soon for the other windows.

Beautiful curtains and lovely customer service
My beautiful curtains arrived safely and they look just as I'd hoped, the photo on the website being true to colour and pattern. The customer service was so helpful and friendly - I highly recommend this shop!

Did not receive the samples I ordered…
Did not receive the samples I ordered and no response to a question written to their customer services regarding when delivery could be expected and enquiry of timescales for my intended following purchases. Very disappointed new customer!!
