AA Car Care Anmeldelser

He was a lovely man.. he explained everything from start to finish.

Following a cancelled appointment due to no mechanic being available at the time it was booked 5 days later the appointment arrived. The mechanic was helpful , polite and knowledgeable . I told him what the fault, was told it was an easy fix. Following 20 minutes of diagnostics I was told that it could not be fixed. Basically I was charged for informing the AA what the error indicator was. If from the outset I knew that the problem could not be fixed I would not have booked and saved £99.

After breaking down on a motorway I was made an appointment with a mobile mechanic who arrived today to replace the alternator , it took about an hour and my car now working fine . I would be happy to use them again

The mechanic was professional, polite and friendly too

The men that was sent to help service my car were clearly unprofessional, inconsiderate, and lazy mobile workshop engineers.
They lied to have done major service within few minutes, sat in their van chatting and whiling time. Unknown to them, I was watching every of their moves from the window.
I tried to stay with them, they insisted I leave, promising to ring me as soon as they were done!

I will definitely use AA services again & will get AA to put my car through it's mot Ian phoned on the of my major service & 15 minutes when he was on his way as per AA said when Ian Woods came he went through everything with me Ian is a credit to your company

Great experience all round.

Great service and price. Professional mechanic, turned up on time and completed the job. Will use the service again.

Excellent service. Very curtious gentleman

Had Dylan out to change brake pads on my bmw. Friendly happy chap, worked well. No issues at all. Would definitely recommend and would book again. 10 out of 10.
Booking was easy online and cheapest I could find too.

Text messages were not in line with service booked. Driver arrived then left saying he couldn’t see my car. I called him to come back. Job went well and left clean.

The booking process needs some work as they are not fulfilling the bookings therefore had to reschedule my initial booking I had.
On the actual day the mechanic came to do my repairs he was very polite and very thorough with his work. He explained what he was doing and how long it would take. Overall all the mechanic was exceptional but the booking wasn’t

The only down side was the wait from 8am to 11.50.
The mechanic was exceptional he carried out his duties with care & attention. He was so so helpful.
Josh needs to be paid double great guy the car is running well.

Mobile mechanic stated he did not have the tools to finish the job so only fitted one side brake disc and pads. Told me he had informed his office who would call me to organise completion. No call ever came and was charged for the job stating it was completed. So now have to find a garage to complete the job at extra cost. Very poor service

Excellent professional service, very polite and helpful technicians who completed work quickly and without mess

Booked for a pre 12 o'clock arrival, so I booked the morning off from work - nobody turned up until 215pm. Therefore, lost my whole working day waiting. No communication. Also, your team member did not have all the required kit on his van - for the driveway service - again booked as a driveway service.

Booked morning service before 1200;
Told he was coming at 0930.tried phoning all morning told slight delay.
Turned up at 14.30 no apologies what so ever

Would never use again or tell my friends to use them
The worse service ever

Good mecharnic

Brakes done at my home for a very reasonable price , turned up when they said and done the job professionally.
