Matt was polite and professional
Matt was polite and professional. He arrived punctually and explained all that he was doing during the full service I requested. He gave me sound advice regarding the monthly oil check and said he'll return to stamp my service history book as could not locate it on the day. He did everything and more, including pollen filter change etc and it's a more pleasant, fresher interiorand smoother, albeit safer drive now.

Tested alternator performance and coupled new battery to car systems.
Removed old battery for disposal.

The booking process was easy
The booking process was easy, just choose what level of service was required, when and where. Shaun kept me informed of when he would arrive. In the event he arrived early. He carried out the service on the drive and took about two hours. Afterwards, he gave me a quick rundown of what he found. Definitely recommend.

8749 - Had rear breaks and pads changed today, really great service for order to completion - regular updates leading up to appointment and the mechanic who attended (8749) was super professional, friendly and carried out an amazing job, credit to the company will certainly use this service again when needed.

I was a little nervous to start as I…
I was a little nervous to start as I was told he wasn't sure he had the right part before he even got out the RAC van. Which I wouldn't have been happy with as I had to take a day off work. However, I was later informed that it was the right part and was friendly and informative throughout.
