I booked I thought rear discs and…
I booked I thought rear discs and shoes only the day before when Adam turned up I found out I’d booked the front which did not need replacing, Adam felt with the situation brilliantly no fuss just said not problem and sorted getting the rears done, I can’t fault the service from Adam, I have had a new alternator a service and now the brakes done by the RAC and I’m impressed.

RAC tried to charge me extra
RAC tried to charge me an extra £55 compared to the quote they gave on the app, I had to phone them up whilst the mobile mechanic was there, in order for them to honour the original price. Scandalous.

Car service carried out on my drive was so easy and stress free. Mechanic was very friendly and explained everything including pointing out a screw in my tyre which needed attention.

Matt was polite and professional
Matt was polite and professional. He arrived punctually and explained all that he was doing during the full service I requested. He gave me sound advice regarding the monthly oil check and said he'll return to stamp my service history book as could not locate it on the day. He did everything and more, including pollen filter change etc and it's a more pleasant, fresher interiorand smoother, albeit safer drive now.

On time, fast work and friendly manner.
Tested alternator performance and coupled new battery to car systems.
Removed old battery for disposal.

The booking process was easy
The booking process was easy, just choose what level of service was required, when and where. Shaun kept me informed of when he would arrive. In the event he arrived early. He carried out the service on the drive and took about two hours. Afterwards, he gave me a quick rundown of what he found. Definitely recommend.
