Had my car serviced today by Olly. Great communication regarding his arrival. Work carried out on my driveway which saves me time going somewhere. Olly was great and knowledgeable. Recommend to anyone.

Excellent, friendly service
Arrived in good time. Kyle explained the procedure and did a good job. I was advised afterwards what had been done. Prompt, competent and friendly service. I'll definitely recommend, and use again.

Attended as arranged to replace battery. Unfortunately wrong size battery issued to mechanic. He had to go to get correct battery which he explained and was back to complete within an hour no problem. Mr Lampett was polite and efficient 👍

I was booked in very quick for rear brake replacement carried out at my home. Friendly, knowledgeable mechanic (Billy Hawkins). I will definitely use RAC mechanics in the future.

The mechanic came earlier than expected…
The mechanic came earlier than expected but that was good as he also finished earlier. The procedure was totally free from any problems or any involvement from me. It all happened on my driveway and didn't involve driving to and from a garage.

i was under the impression that a full service would be done by the RAC engineer not sending me to a garage for the repairs and an mot. I will not be using your service again as I would have got a cheaper service if I gone to a garage in the first place.

A full service was completed as requested. However, during the inspection, our mechanic identified a number of serious faults that would result in an MOT failure. As explained at the time and detailed in the service report, these issues require further repair and attention, which is why you were advised to seek assistance from a garage.
We understand this may not have been the outcome you were expecting and apologise for any disappointment caused. Our priority is always to provide an accurate assessment of a vehicle's condition and to make customers aware of any safety-related concerns.

great experience from start to finish and all for a great price.the mechanic contacted me the night before to confirm the time for the appointment, they turned up at the required time done the job test drove the car afterwards to make sure everything was ok both lads were very quick and pleasant.i would'nt hesitate in using this service again and would highly recommend it to friends and family.
