Really good customer service experience
Although the wrong size was sent the exchange process was straight forward and quick. The garments are very comfortable and good quality so I'm looking forward to wearing the hoodie regularly. 🌞

Fraudulent Charge/Order
My daughter and I absolutely love our dress sweatshirts! However, 6 months after we ordered the sweatshirt, I was absolutely shocked that my credit card was billed and I received 4 blouses I didn't order. The blouses weren't the sizes of the sweatshirts I had previously ordered. My credit card had been run through a source I had never used or heard of. Customer service was very difficult to deal with and wouldn't allow me to return them until I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. Then, I got an email from The Warmy saying they issued a full refund and I could keep the blouses.
