This was my first time ordering from this company. I had a slight problem with shipping, wrote to the company and they responded within an hour to solve the problem. I received a white shirt dress today and the quality, fit, and style is perfect. I love it so much that today I ordered two more in black and blue. Dealing with this company is legit, and I give customer service 5 stars.

This makes several times I have purchased from the company and have been beyond satisfied with customer service and overall support. The company and customer service is one on the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Very prompt with assistance and support.

This is a GREAT company to work with! I had problems with my order being received and they stepped up! They returned my email almost immediately and help me. As for the sweatshirts, they are a great quality, soft and warm as they say. Sizes are what you aspect. I will definitely be ordering more and some for family and friends.

Warmy shirt dress
Customer service is amazing! BUT the warmy shirt dress is really well made…no loose threads, no gapping. The style is flattering ( except on my stumpy body!), the colors ..sage green and blue, are as pictured. I think this would be perfect for cooler spring days and early fall. It can be dressed up or worn casually.

There was a shipping issue so I contacted customer service to advise, The agent immediately looked into it. Advised me that the order was lost in shipping and got a replacement order shipped all in the same morning. She was extremely professional and empathetic. Lovely experience

A company with a heart
I bought 4 of the Warmy's. I ordered a size up because, well, you never know if sizes run small, large or true to size... sure enough, they are HUGE (but they are so soft and warm).. they hang down to my knees. Anyway, I thought I had missed the return deadline and emailed them. They were VERY friendly and helpful. Not only are they sending me the correct size, but I am able to keep the bigger ones to donate to a women's shelter. This will allow someone that is in a tough situation be warm and feel like she is wearing a hug. I will definitely be ordering more from this company.

Total complete scam! Good reviews has to be fake. I ordered two hoodies and never got them. They say they sent out two more but I didn’t get those either! This is scam do not give these Ppl you information or you will regret it.

Resilient Customer Service
Ordered on 1 February for a Valentines Day gift. It never came, so I contacted customer service and they made the determination it was most likely lost.
Then when they attempted to re-order the color I originally ordered was out of stock. Instead of being a sour puss and because of how great and patient they were with me. I went ahead and picked another color. I would 100% recommend this product!

Warmy's response time and customer service is second to none! I was very thankful to work with them and know I would get a response for any questions or needs. They are very helpful, encouraging, and affirming. The only thing I would hope the company could improve on in the future is the delivery service. 5-Star Product, Gifting and Subsequent Return Experience
I ordered 4 Hoodie Dresses as a Christmas gift. I thought they looked great and were a thoughtful gift. 2 months later, the recipient of the gift expressed to me that they actually did not like the look or fit. I was distressed, as the 30-day return limit had already passed. I decided to try my luck and reached out to customer service to see if they would facilitate a return.
