Defective product, no refund after 6 weeks
Bought the Ambient Lighting Kit for my 2021 Model 3 in October 2025. Stopped working completely after 2 months. LEDs dead, zero light output.
Contacted support in February. They promised a replacement control box by end of February. Never arrived. I requested a full refund and set a deadline. Since then it has been nothing but stalling. Every reply is “I forwarded it to the factory” or “I forwarded it to my supervisor.” They offered me a 10% discount twice, which I declined both times. At one point they told me they can only refund once “the factory confirms the issue can’t be resolved.”
It is now mid-March. No refund, no replacement, no solution. I have initiated a chargeback with my bank.
Looking at other reviews and Tesla forums, this seems to be a pattern. Multiple customers report the same experience. The only people who got their money back did it through chargebacks, not through Tesstudio.
Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else. If you do buy from them, use PayPal.
