Bad website, bad customer service.

I ordered a product with the good informations. When i paid, i got a confirmation mail with the wrong product. I wrote to the support, gave the details but no answer. The wrong product is now shipped and stiml no answer…

Poor service/aftersales

In 2024, I ordered an F9 screen for a Tesla 3/Y. The first screen had continuous problems and was replaced free of charge after 8 months, following much insistence.
The new screen has now stopped working after 16 months as well. I have had various updates, none of them worked, and during the last one, the system crashed and is now unusable.
Hansshow offers no warranty and takes no responsibility for the update; the device is scrap.

Hansshow are scammers

To all who can see this post or review. There’s something fishy about this company Hansshow. I ordered a NACS to CCS extension cable from them and after a couple months and never a ship date but constant delays per ther so called customer service people who only answer emails at 4 am I ended up cancelling my order and having to dispute my credit card charge to get my money back from these people. They never answer there phones and there voice mailboxes are full so you can’t leave a message. They don’t have the products there trying to sell online. I will post this on every platform I can to warn people not to buy from them. You will only lose your money.

Hannshow is terrible...Neverbuy from them again…

Ordered a round steering wheel for the model S with airbag horn on Oct 1st 2024 and it took Hansshow 13 months to ship after broken promises over email and chat. Their support team is the worst I've experienced with any retailer.

When the steering wheel did finally arrive in Nov 2025, there were no written or video install instructions for this specific wheel and once again support provided no answers and basically stopped replying.

STAY AWAY, there are many other better Tesla parts resellers out there.

Update: Their Zcoo Customer Service team is arguing over email about a poor review on their website as a verified purchase.

ZERO STARS - Buyer Beware: Over a Month and No Product, Terrible Support Process
I am writing this review after exercising an extreme amount of patience, hoping for a resolution, but I have reached my limit. My experience with Hansshow has been an absolute disaster, and my goal in writing this is to warn potential buyers before they make the same mistake I did.
I placed an order over a month ago, and my product has still not been delivered. Their shipping company says it has been delivered. Sent me a picture of a package inside someone's closet. This is unacceptable, but what makes the situation infuriating is their "customer support" process.
Hansshow does not handle their own support directly; they funnel you through a third-party company called ZCOO. This immediately creates a disconnect and layers of bureaucracy. I have repeatedly asked for a simple refund of my purchase price, given the egregious delay. Instead of owning their supply chain issues, ZCOO/Hansshow has repeatedly asked me to act on their behalf—specifically, asking me to file complaints with both local and overseas logistics companies.
Let me be clear: my business transaction and contract are with Hansshow, not their chosen logistics partners. It is the vendor's responsibility to manage their supply chain and ensure the product reaches the customer, or failing that, to process a refund promptly. Passing the administrative burden of chasing down lost shipments onto the customer is a dereliction of basic business responsibility.
I have asked multiple times for my money back and have been met with deflection and unreasonable requests. The lack of accountability is astounding. Save yourself the headache, stress, and potential loss of money. Do not order from Hansshow. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that value their customers and take responsibility for their orders. Hansshow is not one of them.

Was sold 2 products that do not work…

Was sold 2 products that do not work with each other. They knew this, but didn't make me aware until after the installations. Then, I was told they would make the correct harness to allow them to work together. Never happened. Countless messages back and forth. Finally, only offered a partial refund for a system they knew would never work together. This took MONTHS. Will never purchase from them again.

Absolutely no help at all

Absolutely no help at all. After spending 1000’s of dollars for my 3 Teslas in parts and accessories. The last being a 2nd set of ambient lighting. It worked for 3 days. Stay away from this company. Called tech support 5 days in a row. No response. I just wasted 500 plus hours of my time to install. I’ve spent over 5k with this company. Buyer please be aware

Terrible service

Terrible service! Waiting 3 weeks and product shown in stock within same state has not shipped yet. Nothing but BS excuses when I email them. I’d give them zero starts if possible.

Overpriced Chinese dropshipper

CN Dropshipper. Despite saying parts come from US, they were shipped direct from China.

Instructions are poorly written, and incorrect. Support conversations go for weeks because of the time delay. Standard dropshipper behaviour.

Parts & tools quality not reflective of price. Better off buying from marketplaces like AliExpress for the same gear, save yourself the headache.

I bought a full width tail light

I bought a full width tail light, it partially stopped working and when I contacted them and asked for a replacement, they sent the middle section and amazingly it only took 1-1.5 weeks to arrive! Thank you HANSSHOW for a fast service, I will definitely buy and recommend this company! 👍

Shady Company! Buyer Beware!

Bought from this company because they advertise, they have a warehouse in Santa Ana, CA and ship from USA with short delivery time. After order was placed, I wasn't getting a tracking number and ETA. Once contacted, the company claimed they had to ship from their China warehouse, and it would take several weeks. I asked to cancel order, and they refused claiming the item shipped. The tracking "they use" said the item was in customs and was going to their California warehouse, then would be shipped to me. This means the items hadn't been shipped to me and they could cancel order. When I said I would contact credit card company they claimed item was "suddenly" in their California warehouse but couldn't be shipped yet and offered a discount if I wait. The discounts were never returned to me credit card. This company has some shady business practices meaning they likely won't help when you get a broken item. BUYER BEWARE. IMO, stay clear and as a side note, they have the same address in California as EVBase so its Ilkley the same people using two names. Thats also a red flag to mislead their buyers.
