I was sent the 2025+ | Model Y Juniper Refreshed 4 Way Adjustable Swiveling Display Mount Kit - Dual Axis Turning which is not a quality product. It shifts the screen down and the screen wobbles when I make a selection on the touch screen. After a number of back and forth emails with RPM, they sent me a new one with the same problem. Look elsewhere for a product like this!!

Their customer service is excellent. They are very responsive and cooperative. I am happy with the resolution they proposed to the issue I reported to them.

Said floor mats and bed liners in stock, they clearly are not. They also contacted me to pay more than 100 dollars in extra shipping charges. Will not reply to emails regarding shipping dates for items. Poor customer service. Also, they indicated one item was fulfilled in a shipment that was not there.

Pretended to have item in stock. They did not. I needed all weather floor mats for a trip and ordered from them specifically because they showed the item as "in stock". I was even going to drive 2h to pick up my order in person in order to save shipping time. Right before leaving I called to find out the status of my order: the item was out of stock and the best they could tell me is that they were going to get more "soon". No specific dates. Nothing. Very shady practices. Would not recommend.

Wish I would’ve saw the reviews before ordering. Paid for shipping to get the product I never opened but being forced to pay for shipping to return. On top of that, customer support takes 5 days to respond. Stay away.
They drop ship from aliexpress and…
They drop ship from aliexpress and charge double. If the item flys off your car after 5 months they claim it's been hit with a rock however the fake 3m fails. They will avoid responding to your emails. Do yourself a favor and just order from aliexpress. I will never order again from them and because they want to make it difficult for 100 dollar part I'll make sure to spread the word about them in the tesla community.

Customer service is a joke. Carbon fiber hood I’ve had for 2 years and now the clear coat is cracking and spider webbing. Was told something hit it……. Think I would have noticed. Don’t even waste ur $ or time to look at the site

Very frustrating with my purchase
Very frustrating with my purchase. I bought side mirror caps for my tesla model x, the product was defective for a couple of reasons, it had finger print marks under the clear coat that made it impossible to wipe or take it off (the finger print marks only show in certain light conditions like direct to sunlight so it was difficult to identify this during initial inspection) second is the side mirror cap was too big. this caused paint scraping off my side mirror specifically when the side mirrors auto folded. This issue specifically wouldn't really show itself unless already installed. The company wouldn't send me a replacement unless I took it off and returned it without being damaged. They told me that the cap is prone to breaking when being removed. I requested they send me a new pair, and I would take it to a professional to remove my defective cap and install the new one, and that I would shoulder the cost of labor. However they said I would have to pay for a new set and return the old set then only they would refund me but also only if they were able to remove the older product unscathed. If it would have been damaged, I basically pad for 2 pairs and no compensation for the initial product that was defective anyway. Such a terrible experience.
Horrible horrible customer service
Horrible horrible customer service! Called, texted and emailed. By the 3rd day I received a generic response. For the price of their products the quality should not be a problem. The carbon fiber emblems I bought would not stick to the car. No 3M backing. They offered to send me some tape??? Are you kidding me for $130 plus dollars you would think they would back there product and offer to send new emblems with 3m on them. I bought the carbon fiber mirrors and so far so good but now I am not trusting ordering anything more from them as I feel they won’t honor their product and the customer service is very poor. I would love to talk to a person on the phone but I guess they are too busy.

I have again made multiple purchases from Rpm Tesla. I am more than satisfied with the quality of every item. I did though have a problem with customer service. I emailed a question and did not get an immediate response. It was after hours so I expected a response the next day. None received. By the third day I did get a response. In retrospect it had only been 24hrs since my email was sent, counting time differences and office hours. I realized I was the problem. I expected immediate gratification. No regrets.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I wanted to share my buying experience with the group. I bought the M3P rear spoiler from RPM Tesla. To be fair the spoiler looks good, good fit, and is easy to install. The problem I have is that there is a crack on the lip edge of the spoiler. I didn't see it before or during the installation. I noticed it the next day while showing it to a friend over lunch Thursday. I took a picture of it and sent it to RPM Telsa in an email. They emailed me back and said they could see fingerprints on the lip so I must have used the spoiler to close the trunk. I emailed them back and informed them that there may have been grease on my fingers from the burger I just ate and that I have a 2022 M3LR that you only use the button to close or the screen. They have not emailed me back! Looks like they won't stand behind their products. The spoiler has double-sided tape along the upper and bottom lip that sticks to the car. You have to use your hand and apply pressure to the spoiler so it will attach to the car.
Great Quality Aftermarket Products
You can't go wrong buying from RPM. As a new 2022 Model Y owner, the choices are endless. RPM made it easy by providing excellent how-to videos on YouTube. I even installed the unique Carbon Fiber spoiler I purchased from them. The customer service is second to none. If something goes wrong, they will get it corrected.

Parts were as described. One had an issue and I received almost instant responses that worked flawlessly. Will buy from again.

I am an engineering prof and grew up with a dad who ran a car shop. I have bought thousands of dollars of parts from these folks. Excellent parts and very good service. Most recently bought skid plates to replace the plastic ones on my Y. Beautifully made and shipped quickly to CO. Trivial to install.
Absolutely lousy business practices, they play games
You want to know how to read these reviews. It's simple. If its positive 5 stars its Mark the owner workers reviewing. Focus on the negative reviews which is accurate.
Everything these folks said I experienced. They say they are a family business. Translation, its run by family who don't know how to run a business and deliver customer service. Its more like thanks for shopping with don't let the door hit you on your way out. I've been at their location and got the same treatment. I bought over $3000 worth of parts and they put me on a fulfillment list first come first serve. Wait then why don't you put that on your website Out of Stock or Back Order. They hook you in and try to reel you in with time, hoping you won't be in a hurry. Then when you call them they say oh its on back order we say that on our website. Call back 3 more weeks, now you are on a list of customers who purchased ahead of you. Horse poop business practice.
The latest and final straw is I ordered vinyl tint which they sent me the wrong size too small. I ask for RMA just want to return it since they shipped it out. Then when ask again they want a video or photo.
Mark your family business sucks. Try hiring a professional and pay them their worth. I had my parts installed by amateurs and he had the audacity to charge me for labor when their sales person told me before I came down that because I am VIP labor is waived. Later when I questioned they say its only for carbon fiber parts and not for things like lights. Guess what its also took them 4 hrs, I could have done it within the hour.
I know they have popular parts but I would avoid them if you can. At the very least confirm the parts in stock. Confirm everything. Just a lousy business practice. RPM is only good because they seem to have a lot of DIY videos. Get the part somewhere else cheaper and just watch their videos. That what I tell my guys.
Absolutely dreadful customer service
Absolutely dreadful customer service. I placed an order on the 20th of February from these people and six weeks later I still don’t have it. They don’t answer emails and from looking at other reviews I can see that I am far from the only person to have had a bad experience with them. I have no idea when I will receive my purchase and I have given up trying to get any sense out of RPM Tesla. I’ll most likely try and get a refund on my card. Do not buy from this company!

Best Customer Support Experience
I unfortunately hit a deer with my Model 3 and damaged some items I had purchased from RPM, a Carbon Fiber Canard and Mud Flaps. The rep (Alexis) was so helpful and willing to work with me and managed to get the replacement items packaged and shipped all within literally an hour of speaking with her. I have never had such a pleasant and helpful experience with customer support before with any company. RPM has been and will continue to be my go to company for aftermarket accessories for many, many years to come!!
