Excellent Service. Needed some replacement cartridges for my "Ikea" bathroom taps. Found that Tapmagician could supply these, After some advice from them, I placed my order yesterday afternoon.
They were delivered this morning !! WOW. They also provided a video link with full instructions how to remove old and replace the new. EXCELLENT. Had the taps repaired in no time. NO DRIPS and NO PLUMBERS. Only the cost of the cartridges. THANK YOU

I was unsure at first that I was ordering the right tap valve. I emailed my query and got a quick response. Placed my order mid afternoon Friday, arrived Sat morning 👍 Good instructions on their website, YouTube channel and with the valve itself. Took about 30 mins to replace in total, including getting the right size spanner and Allen key. Thank you for a good product and great service. Would recommend using this company👍

Not surprised by their top reviews. Used them three times. Website is very easy to use. Measure your cartridge, marry up on the website, order and wait 24 hrs for delivery. The ONLY place I could find what I needed. An essential for all plumbers, not just us DIYers.

Brought in 2011,replaced neck once due to pitting 4 years ago now new neck is pitting again.WILL NOT BUY AGAIN.

put tap models into site for replacement cartridges and it said both taps used same 1. They were too small to fit , they did not even look the same. also got 2 grub screws that were not long enough. Even if the cartridges had been right the square in the new tap top was too small. I am £70 out of pocket and taps still need fixing.

I just can't be more thankful to Tapmagician for the quality if their website, which made simple work of identifying the ceramic cartridge, that to other suppliers was a weird one.
Having identified late yesterday afternoon, and confirmed in a short phone call to Tapmagician, the cartridge arrived by Royal Mail today before 12noon.
For anything tap related, this has to be the first call.
So glad I came across them.

The Tap Magician is just so knowledgeable. Popped along with a Franke cartridge as I wasn't too sure what the part number would be.
In 30 seconds flat he had removed the adaptor bush, and returned that to me along with my new cartridge.

Recently got in touch with them as I didn’t know how to remove a tap that was leaking and to ask for information regarding the parts I’d need to replace.

They contacted me next day with all the information needed. I ordered all the parts from their store and it arrived about two days later. The tap no longer leaks and works like new.
