Would highly recommend
Had our shower cubicle replaced. Process from start to finish was easy. Good quality product and the job was completed in time and to an excellent standard. The staff were friendly, respectful and easy to contact. Would highly recommend.

Terrible communication and dishonest
Terrible communication and dishonest. Believe its acceptable to tell you 2 hours after they were due that they wouldn't be coming, require chasing multiple times, and try and invoice you for double the agreed amount after digitally accepting a quote. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent service
My old boiler broke down, within two days your engineer visited, diagnosed the problems, advised me clearly my options repair or replace, and professionaly fitted a new boiler two later, well done excellent service.

Boiler service.
The Moorland Heating did a good job of servicing our Worcester Bosch boiler. Very polite, very efficient and replaced everything as it was when he arrived. Only problem is I have to remind them every year to come and service the boiler. We didn't have to do this in the early years, [they have serviced our boiler for years], but now we have to chase them to come and service the boiler. Other than that, very happy.
