The site was easy to navigate and the item and descriptions were easy to find and helpful, my tap is getting on a bit now and was very pleased that I was able to find the correct replacement cartridge, a big well done. If in the future I need more replacements then I will not hesitate to contact this company again .the delivery was also very good.

I live in Burgess Hill and have just changed the cartridges in our Frankie tap. I visited Tap Magician who were great at identifying the parts I needed and advising on how to do the job. I could not get one cartridge from it's brass seating to fit the new one. The staff did it for me and it is now all fitted and I no longer have a dripping tap. Thanks for your fantastic service and advice.

Excellent service and the correct cartridge was easy to find on their website. A fraction of the price I was quoted on the official website (Bristan) All fitted and no more drips.

When we had an annoying leaking kitchen tap, Tap Magician were a great help and saved us the expense of replacing the whole tap. Their website has useful information about what could be causing the problem, how to identify the parts you need, and handy installation tips and videos. When I struggled to identify the exact spare I needed, their customer service was able to assist me via email really quickly.
