Alan showed up on time wearing protective covers over his shoes to protect my carpets. He serviced our gas fire and did such a good job that we then got our boiler serviced too.He was helpful and positive. We found this company to be reliable with good communication. It seemed to be a usual service to the combi boiler. my few questions dealt with clearly. The boiler is now 15 years old, with Scott Findlay doing all the annual services and replacing a few components about 7 years ago. So this year has been trouble free. This time, Engineer advised me to anticipate that next service might take longer. This is very helpful.

When I phoned to arrange an appointment for our boiler to be serviced the call was answered by a friendly and efficient female (unfortunately I didn't get her name). The tradesman turned up as arranged and carried out the work in a clean and tidy manner. Thank you both. I will most definitely be contacting you next year for the annual boiler service or before that if we need any other plumbing/heating work done. It's great to have found a reliable company.
