Generic instructions were clear enough to enable me to change both cartridges and be up and running in under 10 minutes with no leaks.

Ordered to replace 18 years old Daxima Titan kitchen tap cold cartridge which was leaking. Arrived well packaged with clear instructions regarding fitting and returns policy. I ordered a hot and cold and replaced the cold. Works well no leaks. Received email instructions also. Very pleased with this company.

Struggling to replace cartridges on a leaking bath mixer tap, I was directed to Tap Magician. Although I did not know the name of my mixer tap, the diagrams and measurements on Tap Magician's website were really helpful that i was able to match up new cartridges with the ones in my tap. Delivery was really quick and well packaged. Perfect fit, like for like and no more leaking tap. Great service. Thanks.

Item delivered very quickly and as described.

Tried in numerous places to find replacement flow cartridge for discontinued Arcade shower as so many variations. Listed on website with shower my model mentioned as being correct part. Ordered on Thursday for next day delivery (1pm) to Nottingham and received 11am. Perfect fit and leaking shower head all sorted - recommended and will definitely use again if required.

Great customer service and products! I sent in a photo of a replacement flow valve and was recommended a replacement part. Fitted it today and it works perfect!

Amazing company. Quick delivery, helpful videos, quality products. My tap was leaking between spout and body. A replacement would have been almost £200 but for a few pounds I was able to fix it myself. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

As our taps are obsolete could not obtain parts from anywhere but Tapmagician made us a bespoke pair of cartridges at a very reasonable price and our taps are now perfect.

I had a disappointing experience with TapMigician.

I originally ordered a cartridge for £14.99 because the website advertised it as compatible with my tap model, the Vado LIF-100 and compatible with CAR-K35B. When it arrived, it physically could not fit into the tap.

I then removed the original cartridge from the tap and confirmed the original part was a Kerox K35B. Based on that, I placed a second order for the Kerox K35B cartridge listed on their website for £11.50.

However, the second cartridge sent was effectively the exact same incompatible cartridge as the first order.

So in total:
- First order (£14.99): incompatible
- Second order (£11.50): same incompatible cartridge again

The company refunded the item cost, but did not reimburse the postage and return postage despite the compatibility information on the listings being incorrect.

Very frustrating experience, especially after ordering twice based on the compatibility descriptions provided on the website.

On the positive side, sales replied promptly and refunded the item costs without much argument.

Overall, polite and responsive service, but the product compatibility information needs improvement.

Although I initially had compatibility issues with the cartridges supplied for my Vado LIF-100, I appreciate the way the company handled the situation afterwards.

Customer service was prompt, polite, and took the issue seriously. They explained the possible installation differences, fully refunded both of my orders including postage costs, and even purchased the exact Vado LIF-100 tap themselves to investigate compatibility further.

That shows they genuinely have the spirit of solving problems and improving their product information rather than simply dismissing customer concerns.

Mistakes can happen, but good after-sales support matters, and I appreciate their professional response and willingness to help.

The site was easy to navigate and the item and descriptions were easy to find and helpful, my tap is getting on a bit now and was very pleased that I was able to find the correct replacement cartridge, a big well done. If in the future I need more replacements then I will not hesitate to contact this company again .the delivery was also very good.

I live in Burgess Hill and have just changed the cartridges in our Frankie tap. I visited Tap Magician who were great at identifying the parts I needed and advising on how to do the job. I could not get one cartridge from it's brass seating to fit the new one. The staff did it for me and it is now all fitted and I no longer have a dripping tap.
