Driver was on time & friendly. Great communication.

Their driver didn’t arrive at the Singapore airport and didn’t respond to several calls, text messages and messages in the app. Called their emergency line and they couldn’t connect with him either, so we were told to get a taxi AFTER 1.5 h waiting for their driver and them trying to find him… and they promised to refund the transfer and pay the taxi.
When our travel agent (who had booked the transfers with them) approached them for the refund WE had to send evidence of our attempts to connect with the driver and with the concierge, the taxi receipt and to prove that the driver never picked us up. This was because they “were doing an investigation” as the driver provided them with (obviously fake) GPS data that he made a trip from the airport to the hotel - we were the ones to provide the evidence instead of them just checking the metadata of the gps since they should have had a recording of the call with them when they told us to take a taxi and access to the chat history in their own app, etc…. They shouldn’t have even asked us but directly push back on the driver…
They refunded ONLY the “bigger amount” of the transfer although the agent on the emergency line said they’d pay the taxi too.
And do you think as a “reliable” company with “good will” they provided the return transfer at no cost to compensate us for the inconvenience of waiting for their fraudulent driver for more than an hour and arriving at our hotel ~10pm instead of 8pm totally ruining our evening? Think again… never even offered ANY compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience or for calling us “liars” despite having more than enough evidence in their own systems already that they are using a fraudster driver…
We saw that they have very good reviews but the attitude when things don’t go right is what speaks louder - strongly recommending to stay away from this company!

Couldn’t find driver and the talixco desk told me they couldn’t help and was lost had to take a cab and pay triple! Not worth it next time just grab a cab our friends did that and made out with a beautiful ride!

Talixo sent me the driver details via email, upon arrival my destination, I contacted the driver and he wasn't aware of my trip, after 45 minutes talixo decided to contacted me, when I already paid a taxi at the airport. They charged me $285 usd and the service was not provided and they ignored my request for a refund.
This company is a scam

Driver was on time. And directed us to the correct terminal when dropping us off

The driver was punctual, helpful with loading and unloading luggage, and navigated traffic well. We arrived at the airport in time for our flight and the handoff was seamless. I would book with Talixo again.
