We prebooked airport transfer through Expedia with Talixo for a transfer at Mexico City Airport. We received our confirmation email with pickup details etc. All looked good.
As soon as we got off the plane we had a phone call from Talixo in Berlin, Germany. They said the transfer would be an Uber. How long would we be? We still had to head through immigration, baggage claim and customs. Who knows how long that would be.
The company kept phoning to see how we were doing. When we arrived in Arrivals they said the Uber would be 5 minutes. Then another phone call to say Ubers weren’t allowed to pick up at the airport, could we leave the airport site to an unknown road (it was 4am), to meet the uber. We weren’t doing that…..
They then said they couldn’t offer anything else, we would need to get our own taxi, at our own cost.
Dreadful service.

Had a long ride from airport to resort. Driver was friendly and got us there safely.

The drivers were professional and drove safely, they were on time. I would definitely use them again.

They left airport and called us a no show and will not refund our ride! Our plane was delayed and took longer to deplane. I texted immediately after getting off that we still needed to get through customs. Customs in Rome, Italy has a new process that the should certainly be aware of!!! My travel agent also told them. As we were trying to find place to meet the driver I received text that they canceled the ride and reported us a no show!!! I called and spoke with driver and he hung up on me! Extremely frustrating! I have entered a dispute with my credit card company. Very poor service. Book somewhere else. Would give zero stars if possible!

Great times to destinations

We had driver Teddy for our trip from the airport and to the airport. He was very friendly. Had a great conversation with us for both trips. I will request Teddy again next time we visit San Francisco.

The service charged me extra because my flight landed early but we were stuck on the plane for over an hour. Not sure how that was fair or makes any sense. Also, told me it had to be cash and not charged to my card that I used to book with. Very odd…
The driver kept telling us how fair away the hotel was from the airport to make it seem like he was doing us a favor .. I had already looked it up prior to booking- so weird

Good ride excelente

Driver was on time and friendly. The return to the airport pickup was a lot smoother than the pickup from the airport. We spent 45 minutes trying to figure out where to catch our ride once we got off the plane, and nobody was helpful until we finally found a nice gentleman that called the company for us, and guided us where to go for pickup.

On time. Clean. Pleasant drivers.

J'ai commandé un taxi avec Talixo via la plateforme Expedia. On m'a envoyé un taxi très luxueux, j'étais agréablement surprise. Le chauffeur communique avec WhatsApp et les instructions étaient très claires. Par contre, j'aurais préféré qu'il m'attende à l'arrivée, comme prévu, avec une pancarte à mon nom.Mais de toute façon, je recommande. Je ne sais pas si tous les taxis sont aussi beaux que celui que j'ai pris, mais ça en valait le coup.
