On arrival at airport in New Orleans on 7/28 we had to call to find out status of driver. On pick up from hotel on 8/2 they sent someone entirely different from the original information. Used this service during Las Vegas trip, but this will be the last time using this transportation service.

This company provided a taxi for 6 of us from Istanbul airport IST to the city center in December 2025. It was booked through Bookings.com. I met the company representative at the correct airport entrance. He took us to the parking area and we had to wait for around 40 minutes for our taxi. Very poor service. I had young children with me. Other customers who came after us were getting their taxi before us.

Our pickup from JFK was good. The driver contacted me by WhatsApp and we met up easily. The return to JFK was the opposite. We sat and waited in the hotel, along with 20+ other guest waiting fro transport. After ringing, they said the guy hand turned up and left as we were no shows. There was no communication from the driver. The investigation shows he tried to call me but a bad signal suggests he was cut off, but he made no attempt to come inside like the other drivers, My phone was working okay as I called the company. Will not use Talixo ever again.

The worst taxi services ever: I've been left at the airport and not even reimbursed.

We used Talixo for our airport transfers between Heraklion Airport and our holiday accommodation.

Our **arrival transfer** was excellent and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, our **return transfer** was a completely different experience and caused a great deal of unnecessary stress.

The issue was that the address we provided for our accommodation was in Greek, and Talixo's booking system would not recognise it. We supplied the exact address provided by our host, as well as a Google Maps pin for the location, but for some reason their system still couldn't process it. There also appeared to be no way for their team to manually override or update the address.

This resulted in five days of stressful phone calls and emails, none of which resolved the problem. The day before our departure, I spent 22 minutes on the phone to their customer service team in Germany, only to be told at the end of the call that they still couldn't save the changes.

Thankfully, we had the WhatsApp contact details for the local transfer provider. They were incredibly helpful and were able to update the pickup location without any difficulty. Even then, we were left uncertain whether our airport transfer would arrive in time for our flight.

Fortunately, the local provider got us to the airport without any issues, but that was entirely thanks to them—not Talixo's customer service.

Based on this experience, I would not use Talixo again. While the outbound transfer was good, their inability to resolve a straightforward address issue, combined with poor customer support, made what should have been a simple airport transfer far more stressful than it needed to be.

I booked an airport pickup on my international arrival flight. I clearly put the pickup time as 3 hours later than my flight arrived as it is common knowledge that getting through passport control in peak of summer takes 2-3 hours in EU. Upon my pickup day, talixo texted me right as I landed (3 hours before I requested pickup) to tell me they had arrived and were waiting for me. Exactly 90 minutes later, they left. I had not yet made it thru passport control. So I paid for a service I never received. They did not follow our agreed pickup time. When I called to complain, they said they reviewed my case but did not provide a refund or an apology . Do NOT RECOMMEND FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS!!

Driver left me stranded at the Athens airport. We were delayed on the tarmac but I was still to the meeting point within the 45 minute waiting time. However, the driver left before even 35 minutes had elapsed which was beyond my control. I called them and they said that they couldn’t send another driver. To make matters worse, they are denying any refund because the driver is saying he wasn’t able to reach or contact me—despite me sending screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation that included all times. Never again . . .

Norway Oslo airport experience: the driver is supposed to track your flight - he didn't. He was very rude and almost left without us. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Do stay away from this company!

Owe money to suppliers , and have the audacity to close my account. Natheir and COO all trying to scam supplier money by saying we are not satisfied suppliers where clients have always been satisfied with services. Really shame on company, scam customer and suppliers.

Der gebuchte Fahrer erschien weder zur vereinbarten Abholzeit noch innerhalb des angegebenen Zeitfensters. Als ich versuchte, ihn zu kontaktieren, war sein Telefon ausgeschaltet.
Daraufhin rief ich den Kundenservice an. Das Telefonat dauerte über 15 Minuten, während man mehrfach versuchte, den Fahrer zu erreichen. Am Ende konnte man mir jedoch nicht weiterhelfen und empfahl lediglich, ein Taxi von der Straße zu nehmen.
Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren bereits rund 40 Minuten vergangen und wir mussten dringend zum Flughafen. Eine derart unzuverlässige und enttäuschende Erfahrung habe ich bisher noch nicht gemacht. Keine Empfehlung.

The first ride pick up from the airport went smoothly into Medellin, on 8th June 2026 and even though the return was sketchy in the driver change message arriving late in the day, overall as the changed taxi driver Manuel made himself known to my hotel reception, the process went well on my return journey to the Airport on the 18th June 2026 and overall experience with Talixo as a company,went well , so thank you.

We recently had a taxi booked from the hotel Amaika in Calella, Spain to Barcelona airport. The taxi was due to pick us up at 18.00 hours, but didn't arrive until 18.40 hours. The driver, Jaspreet Singh, muttered something about the traffic. This man should NOT be in control of any vehicle, nevermind one carrying members of the public. He was constantly on his mobile 'phone, making calls and scrolling. He couldn't keep the car steady in his lane and we narrowly avoided hitting central reservation barriers and other traffic on at least 12 occasions. The final straw was when he crashed into a wall just outside the airport. Fortunately, neither of us was hurt and the car was able to complete the last mile or so. I've never been so relieved to get out of a vehicle in my life.

Good service

taxi arranged on Zanzibar through booking.com. Driver was supposed to wait 45 minutes what is way too short considering the queue at passport control. Obviously somebody tried to call us from a German number, we ignored as we received local contact data. Messaging done through whatsapp to learn that driver could not wait any longer. We needed to arrange a taxi at the airport at twice the price. Won't use Talixo again

Despite arriving on time, when I arrived at the pick up point my driver was loading another customer who had arrived early. Stranding me at the airport.

Everything was good. Communication, timing, service.
