Friendly staff who remember us from previous years. Easy to book. Well prepared low mileage very recent vehicles. Convenient location as we live about a mile away but also close to a supermarket to fill the tank on return.

Very good experience with Swift Go Edinburgh. The advice and information before arrival were helpful, and they were even able to take care of us earlier than planned — thank you for that.

The handover was excellent, and returning the motorhome after our trip was simple and completely hassle-free.

The motorhome was in very good condition, clean and well prepared. I also appreciated the small practical touches, such as having a few basic tools on board, plus free Wi-Fi and GPS.

Nice Motor home , however it woke us up three nights doing strange things. Alarms going off. Locking and unlocking on its own. Dashboard lighting up as if the computer was trying to re boot. No hot water or heating twice. We had to search on google to find where trip switch was for this fault. Driving slowly along camp sit. Van did an emergency stop for no reason. One night awake until three am due to van doing strange things. Did spoil our trip a little as never knew what it would do next. Reported all faults to staff when we returned it to the unit.
We took it around the NC500.

As newbies, we felt as we were in good hands with the support structure from SwiftGo Manchester. Great handover experience and the MH itself was the main part of our adventure. We loved it! Well done SwiftGo!

Office staff were pleasant. The vehicle (494) was nice to drive but was given to me with a faulty heating system which constantly shut down after about 15 mins of use. The company were notified on day 3 of my hiring and they gave me a "quick fix" solution to try and override the fault. This didn't work. On returning the vehicle the company had known of this problem in this and other vehicles. No heating is a disaster both for room temperature and hot water. To hire out this vehicle with this known problem was WRONG.

We had a great week in Scotland. Martin was very helpful from initial booking until drop off. The motor home was perfect. Well presented, clean with all the accessories and features required. I would (and have already) recommend Swiftgo for the perfect Scottish break. I’m looking at booking again for next year.

I’ve rented several times from the team at Swiftgo Manchester. I’ve always found everyone to be very helpful and I cannot fault the quality of the motorhomes they provide.

i BOOKED a 4 night break for myself and my wife and grandson, we could only manage two day's due to unforseen circumstances, my son in lay was taken seriously ill, as we brought the motor home back 2 days early i thought this would work out for a small refund as i paid a lot of money for this brake we got back at 10.am with no problems and i was spoken to by a meber of staff \who was very understanding, and told me if we booked again to see him and he would give us 100, pound off the next booking, this just left me with a very bitter taste on my mouth. as specifically they got it back 2 hole days early.

Clean, well appointed van. Easy pick up and return.
Did not realise there wasn’t an awning on the van - this would have been good to have.

Great people at swift Edinburgh

Second time booking with swiftgo Edinburgh in as many months and won’t be the last. Absolute pleasure to deal with, mainly delay with Martin on this occasion. As per my last booking no request was too difficult. Managed to arrange an early collection which really makes all the difference. The van again was spotless and well looked after. Everything that we needed was provided. I would absolutely recommend anything thinking of booking a motorhome to go with swiftgo

What a fantastic team of people, they supported us with the hire and understanding of the fantastic swift we hired. We had different children come with us to needed to accomadate a baby the team were so helpfull measuring where the cot would go and help us with every small detail. It was worry free and changed to exited thanks to the people.
