What a fantastic team of people, they supported us with the hire and understanding of the fantastic swift we hired. We had different children come with us to needed to accomadate a baby the team were so helpfull measuring where the cot would go and help us with every small detail. It was worry free and changed to exited thanks to the people.

The staff were extremely helpful, both before collecting and drop off when we had queries.

Vehicle was great, however not as clean as you would hope in particular the fridge and bathroom area. We dropped it off cleaner than we received it!

Overall, we would hire again from Swift go and enjoyed our time away in the motorhome as a family of 4 plus our little dog.

Friendly staff from booking, to enquiries, to pick up and drop off. A few niggles on the van stopped this being 5 star, but would definitely recommend

Great to experience with SwiftGo Edinburgh. We had been let down by Motorhome Escapes, Edinburgh, and the team at SwiftGo arranged a Motorhome with very short notice. Great communication, and when we couldn’t get a ferry to return the Motorhome on time, the team arranged for us to drop it off a day later, even though they were closed. I would recommend this company and we will be using them again.

The staff were extremely professional and helpful, and the motorhome was very clean.

Very easy to book pricing very clear. All essential information was sent by email. I was called a few days before and they said we could pick the motor home up any time we liked because it was ready. Usual pick up time is 2pm. Exceptional customer service explained everything so I was very confident when we drove away the team are very friendly and made you feel comfortable nothing was too much bother. Text messages were answered straight away. Even give us some ideas where to stay on the last night near the depot. Thank you guys so much for everything. Oh and the motor home itself was perfect for 4 of us, we will definitely be returning.

Kevin and Lee were fantastic in assisting us with multiple matters.
They went out of their way to assist us including with a claim for some minor damage, several requests we had on operational aspects of the van as we came to grips with it - paying a parking fee remotely because we couldn’t get access, giving us storage and other things of assistance.

Nothing was a problem for them and they were always positive and happy to help, despite us asking questions of them multiple times. Their responses were always within hours and mostly within 10 mins.

Been the 4th year in a row we have hired from Swift Go and we are already planning for next year. The vehicles have always been really clean and well kept, the staff are awesome (dealt with Lee every year it seems - great guy). If you are looking to hire a motorhome, don't go anywhere else
