As a customer living in Greece and regularly visiting the UK, hiring a car can be a real challenge. Last minute surprises (card not accepted or wrong car) have ruined a trip in the past, but since I have used Indigo we have had a seamless experience with the various companies they have recommended.

In recent months I had to go to Germany last minute for a funeral.Indigo organised the best option for us & were readily available by mail or by phone to answer any queries. Everything was spot on & hassle free.
In the last few weeks we booked a holiday to Mallorca. As a result of our previous experience with Indigo we again book a car for the 9 days through Indigo. Once again everything ran smooth. From pick up to return. I had a query the evening before we departed from Ireland & Cherie rang me to put my mind at ease. We have had some bad experiences with car hire abroad over the years but I am delighted that we have found a company we can truly rely on. I would recommend Indigo if you are hiring a car abroad or even at home. This will take the hassle out of what can be very stressful. Saved me a lot of time searching for the best deal, especially as I needed renter who accepts debit card payments. The deal they found was cheaper than booking direct with the renter.

This is the third time we have booked through Matt and your company. We find them and MATT especially great to deal with. Living in New Zealand it is difficult to arrange things. Matt is the reason we came back to your company. Very reliable. Thank you.

The worst part is that the parking lot isn't monitored—at least not while I had my car parked there.
The elevator wasn't working, so we had to haul our suitcases up the ramp. It was very dirty.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I have just booked a car from Gatwick Airport because of my age I can no longer use the car hire company I have used for years. I contacted Indigo first time last year and they were extremely helpful and cost a lot less than many companies. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic experience, brilliant rates. Really fast and easy to arrange and little to do on the day except pick up the car at the arranged time. Highly recommend and Connor who dealt with our booking was great, very attentive and responded quickly to any queries.

Excellent service, super reliable, and really friendly staff. I was in a real pickle with hiring a car due to some silly "new driver" rules (I've been driving for 20 years, but renewed my licence). These guys sorted me out within an hour, and we were on the road pretty much immediately. Have already booked a second trip through them given my first experience was so good, 10/10 would recommend

I had a fantastic experience with Indigo Car Hire. The entire team was professional, friendly and extremely helpful from my first enquiry until I returned the car.

Everything was explained clearly, the booking process was easy, and the car was spotlessly clean, comfortable and in excellent condition. Even when road closures made returning the vehicle difficult, the staff were understanding and supportive.

The customer service was truly outstanding. I felt valued and well looked after throughout the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Indigo Car Hire and will certainly use them again in the future.

I've dealt with Indigo many times and I always have great service. Sam was quick to reply and efficient, answering all my questions promptly, and I was able to use a debit card, which is great. The only reason I gave a 4 star was that I can't reserve the exact car I want, but this is normal with car hire companies. So, I'm a happy returning customer and will continue to return.
