From booking the motorhome to dropping it off, the staff where excellent, they went above and beyond, very informative. The motorhomes where clean and looked new, no faults from them, would definitely use them again and recommend them five stars from me 😀

The Motorhome was very good and we particularly liked the drop down bed and well equipped kitchen. Driving was easy and fuel consumption as good as expected. Lee was very efficient and very helpful, especially when we couldn’t get the WiFi to work! Booking was easy and the price fair. Would recommend. (We’re now looking to buy our first Motorhome 😊)

Fantastic first Motorhome holiday. I did plenty of research into the hire of Motorhomes prior to booking. After reading lots of horror stories with many other hire companies we decided on Swift Go for our Scotland trip.
Booking online was super easy. We choose the Voyager 540 for the 2 of us. Shelley at the Edinburgh branch contacted us prior to collection to arrange a time. Great handover of the vehicle which was super clean and a 26 plate.
Whilst away we had a couple of small issues with the interior of the van. On both occasions our issues were dealt with speedily including Martin calling us one day to talk us through one of the issues.
Return of the Motorhome on the last day was smooth.
This definitely won't be our last Motorhome holiday and we'll be using Swift Go again.

Easy booking experience and good service from pick up to drop off

Great service when picking up and dropping off the campervan.
The campervan was in great condition and we had no problems with it for the week.

Really great customer service. The staff were easy to get hold of when we had any questions about the campervan we hired.

We hired the 505 with the double bed that lowers from the ceiling, however it was disappointing that it didn't lower to the table / seat height.
Otherwise first class.

The staff were very helpful they made the handovers bother out and back in quick and precise but still very relaxed and informative. This was my first time driving a motorhome but the staff made me feel comfortable. They would be our fist choice when we do it again. Thanks

We had an absolutely fantastic experience hiring the motorhome from Swift Go for a trip around Europe. From start to finish, everything was excellent and the motorhome was perfect for our adventure.

It was comfortable, reliable, well-equipped and gave us the freedom to explore Europe at our own pace. We travelled through some amazing places and made memories that we’ll never forget.

The whole experience was brilliant, and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire from them again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great motorhome and a hassle-free experience!

Great friendly service from local depot staff. Functional up to date camper vans and motor homes, well maintained.

Friendly staff who remember us from previous years. Easy to book. Well prepared low mileage very recent vehicles. Convenient location as we live about a mile away but also close to a supermarket to fill the tank on return.

Very good experience with Swift Go Edinburgh. The advice and information before arrival were helpful, and they were even able to take care of us earlier than planned — thank you for that.

The handover was excellent, and returning the motorhome after our trip was simple and completely hassle-free.

The motorhome was in very good condition, clean and well prepared. I also appreciated the small practical touches, such as having a few basic tools on board, plus free Wi-Fi and GPS.

Nice Motor home , however it woke us up three nights doing strange things. Alarms going off. Locking and unlocking on its own. Dashboard lighting up as if the computer was trying to re boot. No hot water or heating twice. We had to search on google to find where trip switch was for this fault. Driving slowly along camp sit. Van did an emergency stop for no reason. One night awake until three am due to van doing strange things. Did spoil our trip a little as never knew what it would do next. Reported all faults to staff when we returned it to the unit.
We took it around the NC500.

As newbies, we felt as we were in good hands with the support structure from SwiftGo Manchester. Great handover experience and the MH itself was the main part of our adventure. We loved it! Well done SwiftGo!
