My Swan cordless vacuum …
My Swan cordless vacuum is no longer charging and I contacted the customer service. They were very helpful especially Diane and sorted out a replacement for me.which is now being dispatched. The process was very straightforward and quick. I do hope my new cordless vacuum lives up to its expectations. The previous one I had is discontinued

Updating warranty period
I recently bought a fridge/freezer, when I registered for warranty, I got only 1 year when it was meant to be 2 years.
Tracy was very helpful in fixing the warranty period. She was quick on the call and emails and communicated clearly.

Bad product
I bought a Swan coffee machine, and after a few months, it started making cold coffee in small quantities. When I contacted the company, they asked me to send a video, which I did. Their response was that the machine was working perfectly, despite the coffee being cold and producing very small amounts. Therefore, I advise everyone not to buy this type of coffee machine because it breaks down quickly, and you can't get a refund.

Spoke to customer service as part of my appliance had broken. I didn’t expect to hear from anyone for a few days but within hours I had received a response from Tracy who arranged a replacement to be sent out. Great customer service - thank you.

After my slow cooker going missing I felt totally interrogated and was even advised by Chioma (custmer service executive!) that there may be a fraud AND police investigation (yes I do have the email to verify this) even though swan probably know they are using the worst courier company EVER!.....EVRI at their best! I have been left to feel like a criminal and needless to say I won't be using this company again!.....
also their site does not allow you to agree to the terms and conditions when leaving negative feedback.

I was sorry to learn of the rare issue with your delivery - our courier partners work extremely hard to ensure our customers receive their parcels on time - on occasions a parcel may go astray.
When this does occur, especially when the tracking indicates the parcel has been delivered, we treat this with the utmost importance and we do have to obtain certain information to support.
I was sorry to read you felt interrogated whilst we endeavoured to obtain the information.
I was pleased to learn you have completed our Denial of Receipt form and your order has been refunded to conclude your enquiry.

Got the 2 in 1 crossover direct from swan . Start with the cons as theres not many.
1. You use the dreaded evri as couriers . Paid for next day delivery but you know with evri its not happening.(turned up a day late) but credit to swan they refunded the next day delivery charge so thank you for that ...thats it with the cons
Pros.
1. This things amazing . Like a robot on wheels.tells you whats happening.speaks to you. Its like an ai manual.
2.my living room floor and hall floors sparkling clean.
3. For under 200 quid this is a must by if you have a home with any sort of wood or lino flooring . .

Great customer service
I bought an espresso machine and cracked the milk tank. I couldn’t find a replacement on their website or any other, so contacted SWAN via email, asking if they would be able to help. Tracy got back to me the next day and she sorted me out with one as a goodwill gesture. Fantastic customer service and I’m so happy to have got the replacement.
