Elle in customer service was amazing,I had a problem with some cannisters I bought,I Immediteley sent an email and had a reply within 40 minutes,we exchanged half a dozen emails and I NEVER HAD TO WAIT LONG FOR A REPLY.

Very good customer service!
A very quick response! Diane and Elle were unfailingly polite and friendly. Unfortunately they were unable to solve my problem but this is no reflection on them or Swan.
They went out of their way to help and offered a discount should I choose to purchase a different replacement product. (The one I have a problem with is “end of line” and no longer available.)

Great service from Holly. Got back to me quick. I had a kettle that broke within two years. Offered a replacement of a kettle of my choice, as the one I had is now end of line. Great communication with what I needed to do.

Cheap rubbish stay away from buying
Contacted swan when received toaster and kettle to say only toasting half the bread they replied take bread out and turn it round. Now after 13 months the toaster stopped working and the paint on the handle of the kettle is all flaked off paid £100 for both. Cheap rubbish

Had my Swann crossover just under two…
Had my Swann crossover just under two years, I came home from work smelt burning really strong and was getting stronger found that the battery to the Swann crossover was smelling of burning, put it outside and husband took battery off it had all melted on the contacts same the inside of the battery had melted, so glad I got home when I did, dread to think what would have happened next

AWFUL PRODUCT!!
AWFUL PRODUCT!!! I purchased the Lynsey Queen of Spray Mop & it broke after 6 uses, on inspection the plastic is so cheap & nasty it has all shattered. Other brands I’ve had have lasted over 2 years but not this one, 6 uses, £17 & a total waste of money!!! Do not buy this product.

Excellent customer service
I contacted Swan after my kettle stopped working after 15 months. It had been gifted to me to I didn't have the receipt but had kept the box.
Alison was absolutely lovely in every email and talked me through exactly what I needed to do (she even chased me up at one point!).
It has been the best customer service I have recieved in a long time and the most hassle free exchange!

Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service!! Sara is an asset to the company. She was very polite and helpful on the phone when I rang Swan regarding a fault with my microwave which I had bought for me 16 months ago. She was also prompt with her follow-up emails requesting photos and details of the appliance etc. I look forward to receiving my replacement microwave within the next few days.

I recently purchased an air fryer 3 months ago I didn't realise that it had a fault until I used both baskets for cooking recently as this has happened before with the previous air fryer that it replaced I asked for a refund and all I am offered is another replacement as I have no confidence in the product anymore and it could possibly be dangerous I'm reluctant to have another from this company.
