The wine was superb but it took 2 weeks to arrive, from a UK address on the other side of London, a distnace even I, a 70 year old, could cycle in an afternoon

Excellent selection of quality wines
It's not about the price it's about the quality.
Each wine that I have tasted has not disappointed.
I like the way that I can experience wines from different regions and countries to expand my knowledge.
It would help to include notes on the wines selected within the boxed order to reflect the notes on the site.

I ordered another case of red cannonau…
I ordered another case of red cannonau after the experience with the first was positive. I was advised that the consignment had been dispatched to Yodel, the carrier. After using the tracking info, Yodel tell me that the wine is still with the supplier, ie Svinando. I've emailed customer service to enquire. Communication is "wanting". Good news though. My order arrived yesterday. Please ensure that communications were as good as my first experience. All good eventually.

Svinando request when you would like…
Svinando request when you would like your wine delivered, I requested in a week. Ordered on 22 July - delivered 6 August, (by my calculation that's longer than a week!) Whilst I have no problem with the time it takes, I would appreciate an accurate timescale. On a positive, plenty of choice at competitive prices.

Still waiting to know where my wine has been delivered and when!!
Very poor service : twice delivered at the wrong address.
As of today the wine has not been received by any of the address indicated! ...Very mysterious shipping agent!!...It is time to make some change... Also another previous order of mine has been delivered by Yodel at the wrong address.!! Stop them hurting people. Thank you.

Generally good, however I had to contact customer services a couple of times for updates as the automated messages sent were a little misleading!
