No Help At all. AVOID this Sukoon Insurance.
I had a car Breakdown last Sunday, March 22, 2025. I was in the middle of the Dubai-Al Ain road when my car suddenly lost power, but I managed to park on the safe side. I called the sukoon 24hrs Road assistance, when I sent my current location they refused to help because they said I'm out side Dubai and im still in Al Ain, they can't do anything. How stupid this insurance is. I have my family with me an 89 Yrs old grandma and a 67 yrs old parent. stranded on the middle of the road with no help coming to this stupid Insurance. Strongly Suggest to AVOID this Insurance. totally Garbage!
Hasn’t been supportive at all after the accident
It’s been 4 days since I had my accident (I’m 100% not at fault proved by the Police Green Card). Despite numerous follow ups by me Sukoon still hasn’t done anything yet. My car has been sitting in the garage since the accident day. The garage says they sent the report for approval but Sukoon hasn’t approved it yet so they can’t start the repair process and they still haven’t provided me with a courtesy car. Today is the 4th day I’ve been renting a car out of my pocket!

Beware of This Insurance Company, Unethical and Unreliable!
I initially visited their office to apply for comprehensive car insurance, ensuring both parties understood all the details before proceeding. After providing all necessary information and confirming coverage, I paid and signed the agreement.
A month later, they contacted me, claiming they needed to downgrade my insurance because my car is American. This was their mistake, yet I was the one left suffering the consequences and stress. they were unresponsive and unhelpful.
I requested a refund to switch back to my previous insurer, but they delayed the process for months. In the end, without my knowledge or consent, they changed my insurance policy and submitted it to the RTA, failing to even inform me about the new cost.
This company takes your money and makes decisions without your approval. Their communication is useless, and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Avoid them at all costs. they are deceitful and untrustworthy!
@google review? If they have negative star i can give to them. I spoke some of the previous customer and all prustrated to them. That is the big mistake and this is the 1st time happened to me for how many years! NEVER EVER EVER IN SUKOON INSURANCE
Do not trust Sukoon
Do not trust Sukoon. I had paid for two policies for my employees in January and they failed to issue the policies. Thereafter I requested a refunded and Melvin was ignoring my emails despite multiple reminders. I will have no option but to file a complaint against them at Consumer Rights.
Worst health insurance company
Worst health insurance company, they always looking for money not people, they don't care about people they only care about money. I wait a month provided all documents the quotation suppose to be 3500 AED but they quote me 48746 AED no one can even imagine after a month of back and forth emails providing documents and reports they quote such amount , they torches me by asking unnecessary reports and at the end they abuse me with such high price.

Very very bad customer support
We were customers of Oman Insurance for our 2 cars for 4 years before it changes to Skukoon. Oman insurance was very good and helpful but since it changed to Shukoon they have a very bad customer service!
We have full cover for the car and for the first time we called for a car breakdown.
All customer service agent weren't available so they send us to a bot on Whatsapp and the line cut.
We called again after register a complain and an agent came to us, start to tell us to be patient without giving any updates and finally hang-up on us!
So desapointed. We realise that in case of severe emergency the insurance will not take care of us! We will change immediately to a better insurance with higher customer service standards!
They attempted to double the premium…
They attempted to double the premium for the renewal, upon asking for explanation for the price hike, they asked for more documents. They tried to lower the premium a bit, but not much, but never bothered to justify the hike or provide any information. Insurance was barely used.
It's basically a scam. Avoid by all means.

IF THERE IS AN OPTION TO RATE IT ZERO STARS, I WOULD DEFINETELY CHOOSE THAT. WORST INSURANCE I HAVE COME UPON SO FAR IN MY 7 YEARS HERE IN UAE. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND COUNTING SINCE MY COMPANY CHANGED OUR INSURANCE FROM NEXCARE TO SUKOON AND UNTIL NOW, THEY STILL ARE NOT DONE REQUIRING ME TESTS JUST TO APPROVE MY APPLICATION, AND WHAT I HATE THE MOST IS THAT AFTER I SUFFICE THEM THE NEEDED TESTS, THEY THEN REQUIRE ME FOR ANOTHER ONE AND THE PROCESS IS NEVER ENDING!!! THEY HAVE CAUSED ME DISTRESS PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY AND FINANCIALLY AS I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL AMOUNT THE NUMBER OF TESTS THEY ASKED ME TO DO. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

THIS WAS GOING BACK AND FORTH FOR TWO MONTHS NOW AND COUNTING. PLEASE DO NOT EVER CHANGE TO THIS INSURANCE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM A NIGHTMARE!!

worst customer service ever. i just changed my insurance from Nextcare to Sukoon. they dont understand that its might be medical emergency and they take many days for approval. never ever choose this....
Sukoon is a fraud, keep away
I am reaching out to share my deeply frustrating experience I’ve had with sukoon insurance after my car was damaged in the DUBAI floods April 16th.
Despite filing my claim on April 27, the process has been nothing short of a nightmare from missed appointments with the loss adjustment officer ( from company) and poor communication to finally being told on the 11th of July (3 months later ) that my claim was declined because my car was supposedly ‘in use’ during the flood ( Which it wasn’t).
In the 3months of back and forth my car has suffered additional damage while waiting for a resolution .l took comprehensive insurance which they rendered useless.
I don’t think l am the only one who has gone through this painful, excruciating experience
Beware
I wish I had read these reviews before taking out a policy with this company. Now I have a claim it is clear they couldn't care less about their customers. My claim has been passed to another company who don't respond either. Now 6 weeks and they haven't even inspected the car yet.
Notice the good reviews on here are for giving a policy NOT for dealing with claims. Yes I agree they are good at taking your money. Beware
AWFUL
AWFUL, TERRIBLE the worst. Left with zero roadside assitance, an automated whats app bot and no support for weeks. Terrible experience. Do not use them for your car insurance unless you want to be treated like you dont matter. 8 years with fully comprehensive insurance paid and now ZERO care.
