I have sent multiple emails regarding my car, yet I have received no response from you. I took the insurance through your company, and this complete lack of follow-up is unacceptable.

It's a worst service ever. I loose my time and I am more sick. Below are the reason.
1. Their worshop/ garage team not promptly responding to customer.
2. Even you add rent a car they will not match your car spe. You will get only Nissan sunny as standard.
3. Even we informed them 12 hours earlier also you have to wait for rent a car 3 hours minimum. What I received car which is dirty as well. Also there will be 1000km drive policy. My home to work and return will be 250km per daily. Ho wit will match with their condition.
4.many complaint raised to rent a car company insurance company, no response from them for solution.
5. In my 10 years of driving exp. I used to buy Tokyo marine and rak insurance. They were good in these services to customers. This is my worst exp. And I will never go for adamjee in future. Now I am waiting for their Garage repair service. I will write again review based on their work.
No response whatsoever from customer service on phone or WhatsApp, Very bad service at claims 0% rating is too much for them.. I had claim and was the worst experience even though I am fully insured and the accident was not my fault!!!! First and last time to insure with ADAMJEE

Connected to med net know in UAE to be a scam company.
If you ever have a medical issue they are prompt to find all excuses to do not pay a cent for your troubles.
The doctor that has to approve the claims is based in Pakistan.
Be away from this insurance at all cost if you care for your life.
Don't buy their policies ever, they will humiliate you when you got in trouble.their customer service response is so bad, they will tell you to arrange a call back from concern person, but the concern person will never call back.
