This company has zero accountability
This company has zero accountability. They are selling insurance but forgot to upload it to the RTA system—a process that should be automatic. I have been waiting over four hours (and counting, as of writing this review) for them to upload the documents. This shows that the company does not follow any standards. I will never buy insurance from this company again.

Quick easy process
Ali notified me of my renewal being due and walked me through the process. Responses were quick and informative and he took the hassle away from me. Guided me through even my Vehicle registration requirements. Process was done quick without any issues.

I had reached out for a health insurance quote and was told an agent would contact me. No one bothered to follow up, so I had to reach out myself. I finally got in touch with Kaif Khan, and his attitude was completely uninterested and unprofessional. He gave minimal information and didn’t seem bothered at all, even after I clearly mentioned that my request was urgent as I was planning to switch insurance providers.
Despite repeated follow-ups, he never got back to me. Every time I contacted the helpline, they kept insisting he would reach outbut he never did. They didn’t even assign another agent to assist me.
This was a horrible experience. If this is the level of service before purchasing the insurance, I can only imagine how bad it would be afterwards. I’m genuinely relieved I didn’t end up buying their insurance. Completely disappointing and definitely not recommended.

Our experience with Insurance Market has been extremely disappointing. It has been almost three months since we submitted a claim, and despite providing all required documents promptly, the payment has still not been made. Repeated follow-ups have been frustrating and time-consuming.
Delays like this significantly impact, planning, cash flow and are a disturbance from focusing on our business to wasteful follow ups. Insurance Market needs to improve their claims process and ensure timely compensation for affected clients.

After years of paying office insurance premiums, our first-ever claim due to an external issue has been an absolutely terrible experience. For a company that markets itself so well, the follow-through with their claims department is non-existent.
Ten days into a straightforward claim with supporting docs and incident report provided, we've faced poor communication, inordinate administrative paperwork, and zero progress. It's clear that processing claims is not their priority. Extremely disappointed.

Full of promises in verbal wording,let sharing a payment link from aed 10k for a health insurance policy without health issues, then reject one after the other claim , hiding after untrue excuses, and after 30-40 phone calls sending a quotation for another 50k!!!!! for the 9 months of my policy left, excuses , waste of time, lots of frustrations and of course blamling the insurerer. Do not go with Mr.Sahul or in general, advertising they do, serving they dont.They are also not open for refund.

I had a terrible experience with InsuranceMarket.ae. I was promised a call back "ASAP" but after multiple attempts to follow up via WhatsApp, | finally received a response that I would be contacted by 2 PM. By 3 PM, I still hadn't heard from anyone. When I finally called, the agent had a
completely "bossy attitude" and wasn't willing to listen. They claim to put clients first, but my experience was the complete opposite. A total waste of time. My rating is 0/10. Do not use this service.

today 13 June 2025, 11:16Hrs. i am trying to call them from the last 2 days and everytime i call, their response is they will arrange a call back and no one will call you and waste of time waiting for their call. their customer service to know about the insurance or to have the insurance, is not responding positively. they are acting like we are getting a free insurance from them. very back atttude, very bad service. i do not recommend this insurance agent for the car insurance.

Useless! Just there to make you sign for an insurance and ignore you when you need them. They owe me 12,5k aed that I have a credit note for and promise to be refunded within 15-20 business days. It’s been 32 business days and they are not even replying to emails, complete ghosting.

Very disappointed with Insurance Market! We got an insurance for my husband with RAK and Nextcare, which was accepted on the 23th of April and on the 24th of April my husband started to have minor back pain. He didnt even want to go to the doctor, but I convinced him to go, just to check if everything is alright. We went to the doctor on the 26th and told him that he has pain since 24th of April. The doctor wrote then that the pain has been there since 3 days, he meant 24, 25 and 26th of April. But now the insurance is declining all his requests, because they say that the pain started on the 23th of April.
Turns out that my husband needs a minor surgery and his pain is increased so much right now, that he can't walk. We reached out to every one, explaining the situation, but nobody wants to listen or do anything. What is the purpose of having an insurance if they walk away from taking responsibility.

I paid $500,000 for an insurance policy, believing I was securing my investment. When my insured property was damaged in an accident caused by a third party, I expected them to honor the agreement. Instead, they gave me the runaround.
One agent assured me I would be refunded after the claim was processed. But once I signed the documents, they refused to return my money, claiming hidden clauses and policy terms they never mentioned before. Their customer service was useless—just empty promises and excuses.
Thankfully, the organization tagged in my bio came to my rescue and helped me recover my money. If you're considering this insurance company, stay away. They take your premiums and vanish when it's time to pay up.
