Cancellation will cost around 80% of paid ticket price, so a 20% refund, calculated in USD. So better buy travel insurance to get covered just in case. Nearly didn't make my flight but got through it.... Vis mer

The price was competitive and booking was quite easy. I did not think I would be able to book through this website, as I am an adult and not a student , so I was a bit hesitant but it all went wel... Vis mer

StudentUniverse is one of the world's leading travel booking sites for students and young adults under 26. We’re partnered with more than 90 airlines including Virgin Australia, American Airlines, Air China and more to give you exclusive student flight discounts that can’t be found anywhere else. On top of that, we also offer frequent promo codes to make your flight the cheapest it can possibly be. A little history: we launched the site in the US in 2000 and students liked us so much that we were acquired by Flight Centre Travel Group in 2015 and we expanded into Australia in 2019.

Reviews would be better after the trip
This would be better done after the trip because i have no idea about the service during the trip and everything that has to do with that.
For now i know that the advertised price of the trip feels like a trap. Super cheap but need to ad lots of extra`s that come included at other places. So, i the end its not much cheaper. Bit of a honey trap. Hopefully the trip is going to be good.

Hi Jakob, thanks for your review. Airline pricing is dynamic and its likely your friend booked the last seat in that booking class and when you booked it had to be the next highest available which meant the price rose also. We dont fluctuate prices like this manually. I can also see the amount we are paying the airline is more than you have paid us. We also dont charge any fees (besides merchant fees which are charged to us). If you let me know your friends itinerary number I can show you specifically how this happens. Kind regards, Brad

I had a deeply disappointing experience…
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Air India during a recent trip. My connecting flight was missed due to delays, and instead of being accommodated or assisted, I was left stranded at the airport with over 11 hours of layover and no support whatsoever.
There was no food provided, no hotel accommodation, and no clear communication from the airline staff. For an international airline, this level of customer care is unacceptable.
Being left without basic support for such a long period was not only exhausting but also distressing. I expected a minimum standard of care, especially for delays and missed connections that were entirely the airline's responsibility. I sincerely hope Air India reviews its passenger service and ensures that no traveler has to go through this kind of experience again.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking your time to leave a review, however, we do not believe this review is for us here at Student Universe.
We would advise leaving a review for Air India on their review platform, so they are able to assist your complaint further.
