Competitive airfare price and very responsive
The price was competitive and booking was quite easy. I did not think I would be able to book through this website, as I am an adult and not a student , so I was a bit hesitant but it all went well , as planned.
I sent an email regarding issuance of my e Ticket and almost instantly I got a reply and everything was sorted out. Thank you.

Don't go with SU for service. I did, only because the tickets were cheaper. The real price you pay is a long wait for the tickets to be issued (I'm talking days....) and no response when you enquire as to when the tickets can be expected....

Everything is wrong,i booked my ticket in the last minute as my father passed away and you people cant imagine they stopped me at the place of issuing boarding pass and the lady asked me to get the itinerary and they insulted me infront of everyone by not getting my itinerary and i was so pissed off. I lost my father and they generated alot of time using my the flight time. I can never use this website thanks

I would avoid Student Universe in…
I would avoid Student Universe in future. They are completely uncommunicative. They cannot be contacted and do not respond to complaints.
Even their website is insecure and doesn't work correctly.
But they have delivered the tickets (I had to check directly with the airline). So I gave 2 stars instead of one.
