Easy to use. Good prices

You charged for the seats &223 and now I am fighting for my money back as the seats not been allocated to me . Many phone calls and still nothing . You are not cheeper then Flight Centre but your service is very poor . How could you take the money for seats fee and not have them allocated . I am talking about 20 hours flight .Poor service and I demand my money back asap .

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. Before re-doing their website we booked tickets that included checked baggage. I received a confirmation email that provided nothing but a 'manage booking' link to click. As this was the only confirmation received, we had no way of proving that the tickets included baggage after the website was re-done (which of course conveniently now shows that tickets for that flight don't include baggage). I had to spend $580 (the price of my ticket) on baggage through the airline directly. After we explained everything over the phone we were told to send our baggage receipts and were assured we would be issued a refund- this was months ago at this point. This was 2/3 months ago and in that period we called around 4 or 5 times and were reassured each time that the refund was confirmed would come through within 3-5 business days. Of course, we never received the refund so I attempted to contact them again. Not only have they seemingly changed their mind and will not provide us a refund, there has been zero communication within the company regarding our case. We have called and emailed countless times and have to re-explain everything all over again. If the team that organises the refunds now refuses us one, why were we told on multiple occasions that the refund has been accepted and will be sent through within a few days? I last emailed them on May 1st and still have not received any response. Worst experience i have ever had with a company that has caused months of stress and frustration and the loss of almost $600 for something we are not at fault for.
